Recently viewed a flat that Kenyon’s was advertising. The pictures that were shown on the listing did not reflect the actual property’s condition, also showing various appliances in the flat which then turned out to be missing when we went to view it. No mention of the need to buy additional appliances upfront which are usually supplied. Despite this, an offer was put in the same day but I had no response from them whatsoever. After waiting for a couple of days without any response, I sent a follow up email asking for an update. At which point I was told that they had already completed satisfactory references with another applicant. Don’t really understand why we could not have been informed or even acknowledged, perhaps it is because we are a young couple? Thanks for wasting my time and not bothering to communicate properly. Will be avoiding in future.

Worst estates agent in london. These people are racist they don’t rent for only local. They took my deposit and took 2
38 days to back to me. I lost very good houses because of these guys promise. Lack of knowledge people working avoid avoid this people. Very poor communication specially their concern only money not tenant happy or not . Best of luck

Unfortunately, I can't say good words for this agency. As a tenant, we have been looking to find a flat for my girlfriend and I.
They ask and take from us not only a lot of personal information even a copy of our passports during the apllaing process even before the landlord says yes to us.
Personally, I think this is a scam estate agency company and they keep a lot of personal information about the tenants.
Nobody knows how they store and what they do with this.
They are not help! Try to avoid it!

We would like to thank the team at Kenyons for the good service that we received first from the enquiry stage of a property to rent in Caterham On the Hill (Grenadier Place). Every thing was done via email apart from visiting to view the property. We moved in on August 2020 and stayed for 6 Months till February 2021 as we have now bought our own property(reasoning for moving out). Kenyons service has been good with regards to their good customer service and quick response in fixing any issue reported. The property is a 4 bed house and was also priced well for us (competitively compared to houses in that area).
I would recommend Kenyons to anybody looking for a property to rent. And a special thanks to Lauren who we dealt with from start to finish.

We have moved soon after the first lockdown of 2020 was eased and it was the best and easiest renting experience we have ever had. All done via email, all queries answered promptly. The entire process was handled very quickly and in literally in one thread of emails with the same person who was really on the ball. We exchange all the paperwork and forms back and forth , arranged to pay deposit, collected the the keys as agreed and arranged and lived happily ever after so far. Been in the flat for 6 months now and no issues as well. Definitely recommend to renters!

I have used Kenyons numerous times in the last 4 years, both with the sale of a property and finding us a new home, but also recently to overseeing the letting of an apartment of mine.
Each and every time the service has been impeccable, nothing is too much trouble.
Mark, Chris and team are always at the end of the phone, not only keeping me informed of the process and updates, but also to answer any questions I've had (there has been a few!)
They were great a few years ago, and now this year with the Covid restrictions they have continued to excell themselves.
I recommended Kenyons to a friend in the area but they sadly went with one of the Corporate High Street agents and have regretted it ever since!
If you want a personal and professional service, where they really take care of your needs and go that extra mile then I cannot recommend Kenyons highly enough.

For the past 13 years Kenyons has done an excellent job renting out my flat in Wallington. Not a single day has passed in that time without a tenant in place, during which time Kenyons have acted promptly, professionally to all mine and the tenants concerns. When we decided to sell the flat at the beginning of August this year we had an offer within a week and completed the sale without any undue delay. Quite remarkable. Well done Kenyons.
To summarise I can honestly say that Kenyons will take some beating for their personal and professional way they handle business. I am very grateful to them and have no hesitation in recommending them.

This company tried to trick us into signing up for a new fixed term contract rather than letting us move onto a rolling contract. By law you default to a rolling contract after any fixed term expires. We wanted this, and specifically asked for this, and were told it was "not an option" and we needed to either sign a year/6 month agreement (and pay admin fees) or leave. Didnt respond to our complaint either just told us we were wrong. problems with heating from day 1, known defects ignored,I could go on all day! Avoid at all costs.

Awful service. Wrongly described property adverts online to entice you to book a viewing. Books you in for a block viewing so you have around 4 other people viewing at the same time and then awkwardly ask all of you in a group of you're happy for this. Unprofessional. Happy to let properties with damp and estate agent uneducated about the property. Advertised property with white goods then when we arrive to view and enquire why there isn't a washing machine and fridge freezer the dopey estate agent replys 'well there is space for a washing machine and fridge freezer.' These are the people that take a £400 admin fee off you but you can't even trust to ask what day it is. Business clearly run by money grabbing people that are a few sandwiches short of a picnic. Avoid at all costs and if the adverts look to good to be true they are!

I never write reviews but felt I had to for this so-called 'reputable company'. I spoke to two equally rude women over the phone, neither of them disclosed their names but were very dismissive and spoke over me. Others had told me how bad they were. Pathetic excuse for customer service, buy or rent elsewhere!
