I have been exceptionally pleased with the service from foxtons. I choose foxtons because of their reputation in finding buyers quickly. The property went on the market on 4th March where Matthew Freeman led the charge. I received multiple offers which resulted in a best and final sealed bid process. Matthew kept me fully updated and informed throughout this process. My house was under offer by mid-april. Once the property was under offer - Cavan Lyman then managed the coordination between me, my solicitor and the chain. He was exceptionally responsiveness and escalated issues quickly - including update calls outside of his normal working hours. I felt in very secure hands and am incredibly pleased with how everything was handled.... Read more
