I’ve been working with Winkworth for over 15 years in lettings now and they have always been great. In that time, I’ve sometimes used other agencies too and those experiences have shown me that Winkworth really is the best - they listen to what you want, they don’t push what's not suitable and try to convince you, and when you randomly ring up with some problem that is really outside their remit as they don’t manage the property for you - they are still happy to listen and advise.
I recently worked with their sales team for the first time and was amazed at how efficient and on the ball they were. They matched me to serious buyers fast (in one case, they didnt even need to market the property), they chased both side solicitors to keep the pace moving, they gave me updates before I heard from my solicitor and they actually got involved to help close out issues. If I had to sum up what's great about Winkworth in one line (it would be hard!) but I'd say - what I valued the most was that they ALWAYS listen and NEVER push what isn't suitable - both Lettings and Sales...just wonderful partners to work with.

We exchanged on a flat in Maida Vale on Friday last week. From first arranging the initial appointment to view the flat right up until we exchanged last week, Winkworth's Dominic Hallett has been nothing but professional, personable and a pleasure to work with. With a great team of solicitors, Dominic was very easy to collaborate with and it always felt like we were working towards the same shared goal. He was understanding and flexible where necessary, but always had his client's best interest at heart. I very much look forward to the next deal we are able to do together and highly recommend him to anyone else trying to buy a property.

Daniel Avci at Winkworth worked with me side-by-side to find the perfect location for my new home. This was all orchestrated at a time when nearly half of all rentals were available and, despite all odds, including coming from overseas, I was reassured throughout the process. I communicated with many agencies and non of them seemed to provide the extra support that Winkworth did.

I recently moved to London from abroad, and I was initially very worried about the competitive letting market. Finding Marc Lewis was the best thing that could have possibly happened. He understood exactly what I was looking for, guided me through every step of the process, and found me my dream flat. He responded to emails incredibly quickly, and I always felt that he was looking out for my best interest. Above all, he is just a top notch person. I can't recommend him or Winkworth highly enough!

Perfect experience !
We contacted Winkworth as we had previously rented a property with them. We were looking at renting a property from abroad and Daniel have been nothing but helpful, efficient and transparent throughout the whole process (managing everything remotely and easing it for us). We can't recommend enough renting through Winkworth and specifically Daniel for properties near St John's Wood area.
