They take constructive feedback very positively. I was assigned two sales agents (Oliver Guppy/Tom Franklin) to show me the property I was very keen to buy. They were both very helpful. They turned my previous bad experience of dealing with a sales agent into positive. Oliver came well prepared with all the details of the property, explained me everything really well during the viewing and proactively went extra mile to recommend me mortgage broker and solicitors I could use. Although property was not the right fit for me, my experience with Dexter’s has always been amazing and I look forward to working with Oliver, Tom at Dexter’s in future as well until I manage to buy the property that best fits my needs...
