They take constructive feedback very positively. I was assigned two sales agents (Oliver Guppy/Tom Franklin) to show me the property I was very keen to buy. They were both very helpful. They turned my previous bad experience of dealing with a sales agent into positive. Oliver came well prepared with all the details of the property, explained me everything really well during the viewing and proactively went extra mile to recommend me mortgage broker and solicitors I could use.
