I really enjoyed working with Patrick!!! He was fantastic and showed me around 3 properties that really fit my very picky criteria (modern, as close to the tube as possible, and within range of my budget). The only reason we weren't able to sign for one was because we signed for a flat right down the street from where we were, otherwise I would have loved to continue working with Patrick. Although my search was short, Patrick from lettings was super helpful and attentive to my needs on a property recently visited. However, the agent, Hayrie, was great and the whole viewing went very well! Henry did an outstanding job in arranging viewings matching exactly what we were looking for. It was a real pleasure working with him and probably one of the best experiences we so far had with an agent in London! Despite the pandemic going on, Henry was a massive help in finding our next flat.
He was professional, responsive and very easy to talk to when describing exactly what type of flat we were looking for as he definitely understood our needs and requirements.
