Lawson Rutter have managed our property for over 14 years. We, as landlords, as well as our tenants, are so happy with the level of service. They are very responsive and have a great team of affordable repair, handymen etc to help with any issues that arrive. Always friendly and polite, I highly recommend!

Lawson Rutter were very professional throughout the whole tenancy process. Lisa was very helpful as she explained various stages of the signing process to those of us for whom it was the first time.
Tiffany and Loren were both flawless with their response times to our queries, and for any issues we had at the property there was usually a maintenance man there the next day convenient to us.

Update 1 year later as our tenancy has just ended. They were quite responsive and understanding throughout the tenancy, and we also tried to do our best to make their job easier. Also another huge thanks to the handyman Rai who sorted out several things in the flat. Thank you guys, you are doing a great job.

Throughout the process we dealt with Sean Roe who is the Branch Manager of Lawson Rutter in Fulham Palace Road. Sean had great local knowledge and was very attentive. He did all the viewings personally. We found Sean a great professional to deal with. Lawson Rutter also provided a Sales Progression Consultant Clare Griffin whose role was exactly her job title and Clare communicated regularly with the two sets of solicitors, the buyer and ourselves. That certainly progressed the transaction. All our communications with Lawson Rutter were exemplary.

They managed the property we were living (renting) in for 2 years. It was by far the easiest renting experience I've had! Responsive and willing to actively help where needed, kept things running smoothly throughout the tenancy. I would highly recommend renting with them if you can!

Absolutely delighted with Sean at Lawson Rutter. He was professional, efficient, honest and charming. He had to have hard conversations with me but he did so diplomatically. He knows the market not me. And once he’d got me an amazing offer on my property he handed me to their “Sales Completion Manager” at no extra cost to me. Claire was fabulous. I don’t know how any agents work without a “Claire”. She was on the phone daily to the buyer and me and the solicitors. She left nothing unturned and took all the stress away.
Lawson Rutter really are the go to agents in SW6.
