Being first time buyers the whole process was completely new to us.
The service we received from the Bromborough branch was amazing. I couldn't fault them from start to finish we were kept informed of the process and any updates etc. A big thank you to Jake who guided us through the process. We would happily use Lesley hooks again with no hesitation.

Since I visited lesley Hooks in Bromborough Villiage the staff were really friendly and helpful,nothing was a bother to them, all the staff were great,especially Jake who was dealing with the house we were buying,we were going in and out of the estate agents since August last year, and Jake was so helpful and always smiling,didn't see him without his smile. I would recommend this estate agents to any one.Will be definitely be selling my house with them when the time comes.Thank you Jake,Yvonne, and when Ben was there for all your help which made buying this house less stressful than it could have been
