I have both bought and sold a house with Lesley Hooks and cannot fault them. From the get go they were honest, helpful and reliable. When the sale and purchase were going through and my buyer's solicitors were being quite frankly - lazy, Jake was very supportive. He understood that I was desperate to move with a baby on the way and he went above and beyond to chase all parties involved. An estate agent that gets the job done but shows compassion along the way!

Their communication is excellent - keeping you updated without bombarding you, and they manage to do it in a relaxed, friendly but efficient way, keeping the stress levels down ???? Victoria first valued the house and I mentioned that I needed a couple of weeks to make a decision - she sent me the info I needed to make a decision but she didn't pester me once in that 2 weeks - it made me feel like I'd been listened to which I really appreciated. I spoke to several of the team throughout the offers/price reduction phase, and they all guided me brilliantly. We can't thank Lesley Hooks enough for making the whole process of selling and buying our house go so smoothly. They are a fantastic team who are extremely friendly, professional, and all in all great people. We were expecting months of stress but thanks to everyone here it became a rather enjoyable experience.
We were nervous about moving as it was our first time buying and selling simultaneously, and we werent sure on how stressful the whole process would be, but Lesley Hooks did a fantastic job at minimising any potential hiccups.
We never felt pressured to sell with them, and they always made us feel in control of the whole process. And to top it off they also have a great understanding and experience of selling new-build properties tied to Help-To-Buy loans, such as ours.
Every single member of staff deserves huge credit. From valuing our house and having photographs taken, to viewing many houses, making offers, and finalising the sale/purchase, everybody we came into contact with was just so lovely and helpful.
I want to give personal thanks to Jake who was amazing throughout the final stages of our sale and purchase, dealing with my constant enquiries and always chasing the relevant people up when necessary. He is a great guy with excellent communication, keeping me informed at every stage of the process. Even after completion he was extremely helpful with some enquiries I had after moving into our new home, and would always do everything he could to ensure we were settling in well.

Finally, we've moved into our new house bought via Lesley Hooks.
The amazing Jake in Bromborough along with the rest of the team in the branch have been truly incredible.
We had a few hiccups along the way, but the level of effort, compassion, and overall service has been second to non. This is our first purchase, so we had what we thought were many silly questions, but they were all answered with utmost professionalism.
In honesty the process was a breeze, communication was excellent. If we ever found ourselves selling in the future, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

After a couple of years renting out my property and Leslie Hooks managing that for me, I recently put the house on the market with them. They say it’s a stressful process, but I can honestly say the team at LH made the whole thing completely stress free for me.
I work abroad and the team at Leslie Hooks have managed the whole process perfectly and with a smile on their faces. Rachael sorting the marketing and viewings, and Jake, who, from day one, has gone far beyond that which may be expected from an estate agents to ensure a smooth and swift sale. Never once did I feel uninformed or have to chase them. He arranged inspections with the council, replacement documents where I’d lost things, visits and revisits by inspectors, I can’t imagine how a team could be more customer focussed, efficient and capable.
I can’t thank them all enough, but one thing is for sure, I’d never use anyone else.

A subsequently stressful process was made much more palatable due to the fact that I was dealing with Jake and I don't think it is an exaggeration to say that with a long chain with numerous hitches our sale/purchase probably would not have got over the line without his expertise, patience, persistence and diplomacy.
