My fiance and I are first time buyers and had been searching for our first home for almost a year before we finally got the 'one'. We mostly used rightmove and zoopla to search for properties and so met with plenty of different estate agencies around East Sussex. We had a bad experience with one estate agent and realised how competitive and stressful putting an offer down can be. The first house we viewed with Natasha at Freeman Forman wasn't quite what we were looking for but she took notes and phoned whenever something new popped up (really useful when you have a 'to do' list of phone calls to make at lunchtime which you never end up getting around to when intended!). We felt Natasha was so patient and honest with us and when we finally found a house we were interested in we made it clear how much we loved it. We were overjoyed that our offer was accepted and Natasha shared in our excitement. She, John and Hannah continued to be so helpful throughout, all the way to completion, and answered all our inexperienced questions in such a lovely manner. They kept us in the loop constantly, putting our minds at rest at times we felt we were bordering on insanity!
