We sold our beloved, Lincolnshire stone-built Manor House through Savills Lincoln. Savills demonstrated an understanding of a period property that we felt was important in the marketing journey, along with the likelihood of reaching potential buyers that may be looking for a house like ours. We sold after14 months on the market.
I particularly appreciated the way that Savills helped us hand over our home on completion day. The agent that undertook all of the viewings came to the house once we had left and welcomed the new owners when they arrived. We did not have to leave keys with the Solicitor or Savills Lincoln. Letting go of the home we lived in for 46 years was hard, but things like this helped. Not just a transaction - a hand-over of something cherished. Thank you Savills Lincoln..

I cannot fault the service I received from Savills. Selling a property is always very stressful and if only the solicitor had worked at the efficiency and speed of Melissa Gallagher of Savills then all should have been completed in half the time. When my emails to my solicitor were being ignored Melissa was always able to update me.
Whilst we all want the best price for our property Savills are very realistic on the pricing. They are not selling you some enormous unattainble figure which is very important if you genuinely want to sell. I am more than happy to recommend them and a very very big thank you to Melissa for her efficiency, tenacity & helpfulness. Five stars all round

A Rhythm
We've just exchanged on our rural property after several months of conveyancing. We chose Savills at Lincoln over another reputable and long-established local agent, despite that agent having lower fees. Our reasoning was that after having sold our previous rural property with acreage 14 years ago with Savills despite the buyer frankly being a nightmare, we knew that their conduct would be 100% as professional and positive as it had been in those difficult circumstances.
Our decision was more than vindicated. Rupert Fisher is still the consummate professional and is reliable and trustworthy. His marketing judgment was spot-on as expected. The process of photography, EPC and marketing narrative was carried out by Savills' consultants, and the property was on the market in less than two weeks. It sold four times over in two working days, and we achieved well in excess of the asking price.
During the subsequent conveyancing process, some aspects (inevitably) went awry with one of the other parties. A big shout out to Michelle Weaver who - as with our previous sale - was always on the end of the phone or email to troubleshoot/find information/chase/reassure and steer the ship, and who clearly has impeccable contacts everywhere. I'd forgotten how completely proactive she is.
So do I recommend Savills at Lincoln? Of course. Consummate professionals. Absolute value for money. Always will bring the bacon home even if you're a vegetarian (poor metaphor, but still...). We consider them good and reliable friends. Thank you again guys.

I was somewhat doubtful about Savills at the beginning. How wrong can one be? The people at the Lincoln Office must be the best in the business and nice with it. Our sale went on for just over 6 months for a variety of reasons - without Michelle & Susanna, the whole process would have been totally unbearable. They chased all ends of the chain and had more information at most times than our legal friends. They were totally reliable and did not attempt to use 'covid' as an excuse! Would thoroughly recommend

I've booked a viewing with one of agents. No one turned up on time. Called their office - person who has answered ensured me, that will contact the agent to figure out what is going on. After further 20 min of waiting I' ve called them again and a diferent person said pretty much the same. I've asked her to call me back within 15 minutes to let me know if agent will, or will not be attending. No contact since then.

Before we came to Savills we had tried, unsuccessfully, to sell our home through two other agents who claimed to have expertise with larger properties. With both, viewings were rare, communication poor and service generally lacking.
Savills were a breath of fresh air. They kept us up to date and informed, and, perhaps most importantly, bought more realistic potential buyers across the doorstep in a few weeks than we had had in months with the other agents.
Their commission may be very slightly higher but you get what you pay for and we could have saved ourselves a lot of stress, frustration and delay had we signed up with them to begin with. i would not hesitate them to recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and experienced estate agent.

Michelle at Savills handled our house sale from start to finish. Michelle was backed up by Rick and Susanna in the office with Roo’s initial visit and advice a great start to the whole process.
With an initial visit to familiarise themselves with the Property Michelle and Rick generated a steady stream of viewings.
We had in mind a 3 year project to sell our house. From being marketed initially to serious offer was less than 3 months!!
In our previous experience estate agents lose interest once the house is under offer. Michelle cajoled, communicated with solicitors, buyers and other estate agents in a methodical, professional and cheerful way. She kept us informed at every step and provided a calm presence when the inevitable hiccoughs happened. She played a massive role in getting us over the line and was instrumental in enabling us to get our dream home.
We cannot praise her and the rest of the Savills team enough.

We are very impresed with the service we received from the Savills Lincoln team - and specifically from Rupert (Roo) Fisher in the sale of our property.
Having obtained valuations of our property from several agents it was an easy decision to choose Savills to market our property. This decision was primarily based on our interaction with Roo Fisher and how his professional manner inspired our confidence in him and Savills as an organisation that he represented.
We really appreciated the fact that Roo was our key contact throughout the process. He was readily available at all times, communicated well and clearly took personal responsibility for the sale. He was comsistemtly professional, yet friendly, in his approach to the sale.
Due to circumstances beyond Savills control, the sale was rather protracted. Nonetheless we had regular personal updates from Roo and advice about new marketing strategies and help in facilitating barriers to the sale.
We greatly appreciated the clarity and responsiveness of communication from the entire Savills Lincoln team at all times - both by phone and by emai. Phone calls/answerphone messages were nearly always followed up by a confirmation email.
What really impressed us was the fact that the entire Savills Lincoln team seemed to really know about us the property and our personal circumstances, even through we did not have the opportunity to meet them all in person, and that they genuinely had a real interest and concern in acting on our behalf.
The impression we gained of how the Savills team in Lincoln function is that of a very professional, courteous, harmonious and cohesive team. They take real pride in their work and, while the sale of a house is a business transaction, they made it a very positive interactive experience for us as clients.
