I have been renting through Lowry Estates for a number of months now. Anthony and the team have been nothing but helpful and professional throughout. There was an issue with the property not long after moving in and Anthony took full ownership and got this resolved very quickly. We are very happy tenants and hope to remain this way for the foreseeable future while we try to save to buy.... Read more

I'be been dealing with Anthony, the guy is a bully, I went for a viewing on Saturday and I told him I would take the property, he wasn't there because of a convenient case of COVID. He was disgusting from the first call, but when I called the agency on Monday at 11am to show my interest again, he told me it was too early for sending the email, I finally received it in the afternoon, around 4pm more or less. During the call I called him out for being rude with a customer, his reply was, and I quote, “Remember that I am who will choose who takes the property”. Spoiler alert- I did not get the property. If you think my review is bad you should check out the ones on YELL. I have never dealt with a worse lettings agency in my entire 25 years of renting properties. The ladies in the office, Debbie and Julie are polite and friendly enough, but the owner Mr ANTHONY NICHOLS is a horrid man. He has no interest in the tenants as they do not pay his wages. His sole interest is that of the landlords he acts on behalf of as they are the ones paying his fee's. ANTHONY is not concerned about helping the tenants with any issues they may be having including repairs, damages etc. He is rude, arrogant and a bully. Avoid this agency at all costs!!... Read more
