I have recently moved in into a flat and had some maintenance issues with the hot water and lighting, I spoke to Iulia who was very prompt in calling me back to give me an update, she booked the issues to be resolved as soon as possible and arranged for the plumber and electrician to visit my home. The plumber came on the same day few hours after I reported the problem and the water issue was fixed quickly. Iulia also informed me she has arranged for someone to come in the following weeks to redecorate my kitchen which was the agency's own initiative and I was happy to hear this on the phone from her. She was very friendly and assertive and could also speak Romanian which made me feel at ease and she has offered to help me in future with any maintenance issues that may arise. Thank you Iulia...
