Jake and the team at Mansell McTaggert in Horley represented us in the recent sale of our home.<br>From the outset, we warmed to Jake and his calm, professional demeanour. I’m pleased to report that this was also reflected in his dealings with us throughout the sale process; he had a calming influence during potentially stressful periods and was never less than professional in all aspects of the process.<br>Their fees are very competitive and the quality of their marketing material is high. Communication is excellent and at no point did we feel in the dark or not in control of the process. They took on board our suggestions and preferences, but gently guided us where this was appropriate. Well done, Jake!<br>In summary, they’re an excellent Estate Agent and I’d have no hesitation in recommending the services of Mansel McTaggert Horley to either friends or family.

I have recently purchased a property through Mansell McTaggart. Mark Lategan oversaw the sale of the property. He showed me around the property and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Mark was absolutely wonderful throughout the whole process. He kept me informed of developments at all times and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth sale. I cannot recommend him highly enough as an agent.

We had an excellent experience with the whole team, who were fantastic throughout the process. In particular, Sarah deserves a special mention for her constant effort, communication and persistence. Her determination to keep everything moving and the chain together made a huge difference, especially when things became challenging.<br><br>This was a complex sale involving a shared ownership property, but the team were clearly very experienced with this type of transaction and knew exactly what they were doing. One of the main reasons we chose them was because they had already sold so many properties on our development, and their knowledge and expertise of the local area really showed throughout the process.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and everyone we dealt with was friendly, personable and genuinely committed to getting the sale over the line.<br><br>A huge thank you to Sarah and the whole team — we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area. ??????????
