We were looked after straight away, kept informed and up-to-date, and had full confidence in Mansell McTaggart. We had good advice throughout not just selling but also looking for our next property. The team at Mansell Mctaggert Storrington absolutely excelled themselves from day 1 to the very end. I met with 5/6 different estate agents when we decided to sell our home and Jo stood out from everyone else. She is friendly, kind, empathetic and filled me with confidence. She gave us realistic expectations and delivered on everything she promised. I recommend her to anyone who wants to sell their home and one person has already been in contact. The whole entire process was explained and her communication throughout was 100% 5*. I wish her and the team all the very best and continue with the way you work because you are all excellent. Nothing was ever to much trouble and every question I asked, they answered. We felt in safe hands. Thank you. We are now in our dream home, all because Jo and her team pulled it all together and put us in the strongest position when we placed our offer so thank you.

Selling the property on the road adjacent to my property. The estate agent, decided to park his car on our own private driveway. When finally confronted he acted as if he didn’t care, was not apologetic in slightest. In fact he was more concerned he would be “late” for his next viewing. Awful company, typical estate agent demeanour, rude and arrogant.<br><br>Calls to head office will be made and reported.
