After a year and a bit of Covid-19 getting in the way of home improvements and some of our requests not being heard by Martin and Co, we met Emine our newly appointed property manager. She has, in the span of a month, arranged painting of the flat and fixing our heating in time for winter. Her enthusiasm for her tenants is refreshing and commendable.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a property in Battersea Reach with the help of Dominik Graf. We had been searching for a while, dealing with various estate agents all across London. It seemed that hardly any of the agents actually took the time to understand what sort of property we wanted. Then we met Dominik and within a few simple weeks we had found the ideal property. He made the whole purchasing experience extremely easy and was exceedingly helpful. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and my girlfriend and I are grateful to him for his hard work and professional approach. I have been using Martin and Co for the past two years to oversee the rental for a flat I own in London. They have been? very ?responsive to any issues my tenant has which has kept her happy and hence me happy. I would say their best asset in the office is a guy named Matthew Cooke. ?He is in the accounting department (Head of Accounts in Battersea/Chelsea) and every single time I have every contacted him requesting statements for tax purposes or any other miscellaneous item he responds within literal minutes! He is definitely the rock star there as far as I am concerned.

that will be approaching a second year. The staff at
Martin & Co have been above and beyond reproach in
insuring that the welcome mat is always out regardless
of the task. The management of the units that are let is
the same as a five star hotel and better in most cases

We have recently bought a property in Battersea Reach through Kit Myrie at Martin and Co. I can honestly say he is the best estate agent that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very quick to answer queries, returning emails and calls very swiftly. It seemed that nothing we asked for was too much trouble for him. I wish him all the best for the future, as the property industry definitely lacks sales people like him. We have been delighted with the service through Kit, and look forward to moving into our new home!

I absolutely cannot recommend Chris at Battersea Reach Martin and Co. enough! We recently moved out of Battersea Reach and had been greatly frustrated dealing with property management who after almost a month of moving out and receiving the checkout report, were unable to get a response from the landlord on charges for dilapidation. So frustrating it was that I enlisted Chris's help. He managed to get through to the landlord and got the issue resolved for us within 48hours!! The landlord did charge a single penny either! Wow! Nice to see an agent who cares about exiting clients.
