I was very surprised by how friendly and helpful the team at Martin & Co was. I heard some of horror stories from friends about agents doing everything in their power to make tenants' lives miserable... I consider myself lucky to have found this agency.
A few positive examples:
- they had my washing machine replaced in no time and without complaining when it broke down
- they were always very responsive whenever I had an issue
- very respectful of my own time and schedule when they were showing the flat
- and they returned the FULL deposit very quickly and without putting up a fight.
The last point to me would be the selling point.

Had a great experience w Martins. Harry was my letting agent and was great. He was right on top of quite a tricky brief which involved finding renovators in a short time frame as well as being across suppliers and of course the rental side. The flat is now rented for a good rate and with a v good management deal w Martins so I am happy customer!

As an overseas owner of a property in London, I had an excellent experience working with the Martin&Co team, especially in comparison to the many agents I have been using for the last 16 years. I felt properly taken care of as a client, and the Martin&Co team are not just focused on their individual business silos, but they have come together as a real team to meet a broad range of service needs including turn-key refurbishment, rental, property management, insurance broking, etc.
Joe Stoll in particular, has done an excellent job from beginning to finish in terms of managing the full refurbishment my 3 bedroom apartment. He found me a competitive contractor, a sure the project was done on time and at budget. to advise me with great accuracy on the refurbishment needs va nice to haves, and more importantly got me the target tenants and at the rental rate that he indicated to me up front before the refurbishment project started.
The Martin&Co team were also able to advise me getting me the right insurance broker for keeping the building insurance premium low.
Joe and the Martin&Co team have earned my trust and I look forward to working with them on the rental and management of my existing property, as well as future property projects.
