Had a very bad experience with Sheriaz Gulzar. He offered a viewing on a Saturday morning just to tell me 2 hours before that it'd be cancelled. I mentioned that I had a dog and he said there would probably be no issues. He then offered a second viewing. After that, I made an offer (above asking price) which wasn't responded. I called MG where I was told by someone else that they hadn't received confirmation of anything from the landlady. Sheriaz never contacted me to give me any updates on the offer. When I wrote to him 2 weeks later, he told me that it had been rejected. You'd expect someone to let you know that if you've made an offer. In addition, apparently the issue was the dog which he said there'd probably be no issues to start with. So overall, extremely bad communication and a waste of my time.

The Finchley branch of Martyn Gerrard helped us sell our property which was sold last week. Given the current market, and the fact we had a tenant in the house, it was a remarkable effort getting a great price, with a smooth process. Particular thanks to Gabriella who did a fantastic job getting the deal over the line when there was a few tricky points to smooth over. 5 stars well deserved!

I have recently viewed a property via Martyn Gerrard with Maria and she has been brilliant. She was extremely friendly, patient and has explained everything in detail upon the viewing. As a first time buyer just starting looking, this was really important for me and the advice provided invaluable. Would highly recommend using Martyn Gerrard as a vendor as well as a buyer !

After a buyer pulled out last minute due to their unavoidable situation, my heart sank BUT David Mitchell was so encouraging for me not to lose hope in finding another buyer ...
And how right he was !!!
He was above board arranging viewings, keeping me updated with the outcome of each viewing. Every conversation with me, he kept my confidence up. The service he provided was in good faith and honest. No fuss at all.
I am so grateful to David and everyone who contributed towards the sale of my house.
