As tenants who rented a flat through this agency, our overall experience was professional & smooth but a few things kept it from a higher rating.<br>When we made small requests, they didn't try to accommodate them or find a way to make it work on a couple of occasions. And then there was a slight delay of the key handover that added unnecessary stress on our moving day.<br>Nothing major on their own but together they left the impression the agency won't go out of its way for tenants.

Tim was fantastic - called us within 30 minutes of us putting the submission through Get A Agent and I believe we saw him the next day. We did end up achieving a higher sale price than he appraised our property for, but it was under offer in 5 days so we were very happy all around. Would recommend

Had the most amazing experience with Martyn Gerrard Agency. We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

Jatin and the team could not have been more helpful to me and and my family over a troubled few years trying to get a property to market and securing buyers.
