Martyn Gerard handled the selling of property 19 The Glade in Winhcmore hill , which was marketed as 3 bedroom property. We made our offer and agreed on the price , after agreement we made a survey which we paid £895 and spent £500 on solicitor fees just to find out property is 2 bedroom and loft extension is not in the lease/deed. Few times we have been told owner will add it to the deed and we have lost 5 months dealing with the property and losing money. While we were negotiating , we saw property was put back on the market as 2 bedroom with a lower price , which is now reduced even more.
I was very disappointment with martyngerard winchmore hill , which i expect to be profiessionals .
It was a total disaster the way they handled the process , amatuers i will say.

I'm in the process of buying a house. Zac, the sellers' agent, has been wonderful! (I know, right? A buyer leaving a positive review of an EA? Unheard of.) At every stage there was transparency and honesty, communication was excellent, I never felt in the dark during the process. We've just exchanged, and I look forward to working with Zac further as we get ready to complete.

First time we’ve used Martyn Gerrard as an agent to rent out a property. Main point of contact has been Wayne Ellis. Communication has been great, process very thorough, with a can - do attitude throughout. The ‘support’ departments have been equally good.

Daniel Millet and David were incredibly helpful in arranging viewings for us, including at weekends and across a range of property prices. This really helped us understand our options and make more informed decisions. They were always honest and transparent about the details of the homes we viewed, which we genuinely appreciated.

I just found a flat through Martyn Gerrard, and the whole experience was great. Wayne Ellis made everything incredibly seamless and easy for us. I had a ton of questions along the way, but Wayne answered every single one without hesitation. He was professional, super helpful, and literally guided us through the entire process from start to finish. Moving can be so stressful, but Wayne made it feel like a breeze. Thank you

Tim was fantastic - called us within 30 minutes of us putting the submission through Get A Agent and I believe we saw him the next day. We did end up achieving a higher sale price than he appraised our property for, but it was under offer in 5 days so we were very happy all around. Would recommend

Had the most amazing experience with Martyn Gerrard Agency. We were lucky to have Vanessa as our estate agent as she went above and beyond to make sure we had the smoothest transition into our new place. We had a contract in within a week of our house viewing which is incredible especially with how the property market is at the moment. Overall 10/10 experience, would highly recommend!

Just sold through Martyn Gerrard who were great. Fiona in particular was friendly, supportive and never rattled, whatever twist or turn came up in the process. Very hardworking, highly professional and highly recommended.
