We were very impressed by Martyn Gerrard. From the quality of their virtual tour to them bringing all their agents to hear what we thought was great about our house, they offered a better service than was on offer elsewhere. Faysal in particular was brilliant and handled our sale in a really communicative way, always willing to talk, help get things done and support us with things like our onward purchase even though he didn’t need to. I’d highly recommend them, especially if you can negotiate a bit off the fee!

Absolutely amazing experience working with Martyn Gerrard to sell my property. Annie went above and beyond in providing thoughtful guidance, knowledge of the closing process, and being super responsive / available to field calls the entire time. As a seller during the lockdown, I especially appreciated her willingness to go the extra mile in moving the process along, and for her unwavering optimism and cheerfulness.
The same goes for the entire team at Martyn Gerrard. Martin and Mark were generous with their time and thoughts, and together with Annie formed an excellent team to work with.
