Our block of flats had a toxic and extremely difficult history due to various factors. The Maunder Taylors were appointed Managers by the Tribunal in 2014.
We previously had at least 4 managing agents who resigned within a year because they were not prepared for the toxic and divisive atmosphere and the in fighting amongst the lease holders. The exterior was completely run down due to the fact that no external repairs had taken place for a number of years.,
They managed to resolve long-standing problems and handled contentious issues between groups of lessees with differing views on management matters in a professional manner.
Since the Maunder Taylor's appointment as Managing agents the flats have been turned around and now are a desirable place to live and invest in.
Their team have played a big part in turning the estate from tired looking to a place which now looks like it is well looked after.
I would highly recommend them especially for difficult and contentious issues.

Maunder Taylor is our property management company contracted through the Freeholder Proxima GR Properties and their agent Estate and Management.
Many leaseholders and freeholders on the Millennium Wharf Estate are not happy with MT. I can not recommend MT service charges are not transparent, they are not benchmarked, the quality of service is poor and expensive.

I have recently dealt with this company and have been extremely pleased with their service. In particular, I dealt with James in commercials and has been nothing but help. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking in to it.

Totally micky mouse set up! I called James who is in charge of commercial lettings regarding a unit in High Barnet high street. I have been chasing him for two weeks, its a different excuse everytime. First they could not get hold of the vendors managing agent, then he was sick an now emails are being ignored. I am intending to rent the unit and have provided all references request which are more than satisfactory. I advise any vendor not to use this agency as they are lazy, your unit will stay empty the same way the unit I have enquired about has been empty for 3 years. Buyers / tenants do not waste your time. Staff are clueless and a teenager is in charge of a commercial department.

A number of the negative reviews of this company posted here are regarding one block of flats, Northwood Hall. Northwood Hall contains 194 flats and the vast majority of flat-owners do not share this view. After numerous major problems with the installation of a new central heating system in around 2014 and 2015, Bruce Maunder Taylor was appointed by the FtT (ie the courts) in June 2016 to try to sort out the building. Mr Maunder Taylor managed an extremely difficult, toxic and litigious situation with integrity, patience and determination and, thanks to him, all but 13 of the flats now enjoy full, modern central heating. Bruce is a very level-headed, experienced and capable manager, who was well-respected and liked by many at Northwood Hall.

I have used this company's residential management service for a number of years now. They take on the management of contentious buildings in dire situations, and have succeeded in resolving problems where other managing agents have failed. I would highly recommend them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I've had no heating or a proper cold water supply for THREE years thanks to this company. I can't begin to tell you how much they are hated in our building. Please don't make our mistakes!

Our block of nearly 60 flats in London received excellent service from representation by this company in an important LVT matter that resulted in winning our case and acheiving self management of our building. We still return to Maunder Taylor for ongoing advice to ensure we are doing things the correct way.
We have no experience with them as managing agent and I am frankly surprised at some negative comments here. We found MT due to their good reputation by word of mouth.
I would highly recommend this firm based on our experience. They are good at understanding practical solutions and helping to implement them correctly.
