Everything from the initial viewing to exchanging has been incredibly delivered by the highly professional staff at Barnard Marcus Whetstone. The purchase wasn’t the smoothest based on external factors but the staff at Barnard Marcus, especially Chris (Christian) was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout, always polite, professional and knowledgable. Barrie the senior Branch Manager was also incredibly kind and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more, I really felt like a valued individual, more than just a buyer of a house! I was allowed to view the house multiple times throughout the process and no ask was too big, each and every time we spoke or interacted was a real pleasure. and once ready in the future, I will be reaching out to them again!

It took us almost two years to sell my late mother's house with Barnard Marcus, we had so many difficulties (none of which were caused by the estate agents), but first Barrie and then Barney could not have provided a better service. They were always supportive, helpful and professional, and friendly, always going the extra mile to try and keep things on track and make sure everything was okay. Truly a five star operation in the Whetstone branch.

I am very disappointed with the attitude of the agents at this branch. I received a proposal to view an apartment for sale on a specific day and time, which I confirmed via email, and the next day no one showed up. I only wasted my time. No apologies from the person I had arranged the viewing with.

Great experience on our recent purchase of a house. Barrie and Vitesh were outstanding from start to finish and we were really impressed with their professionalism, honesty and integrity, which in our experience is rare in this industry! The team at Barnard Marcus managed to sell my property in a difficult market. They communicated with me promptly and professionally. They were extremely helpful in the days leading to completion in recommending a house clearance company and taking meter readings etc. A last minute issue arose literally days before exchange of contracts. I was very pleased how this was resolved by Barrie Christopher as had not been it would have been a deal breaker. Shaz was also very helpful on the practical side of the sale.
