Larry was excellent throughout. We bought a property in West Finchley and that was advertised through Staton's and Larry's service was second to none. He was always happy to answer any questions we have and generous with his time and equally accommodating when we wanted to view to property to take measurements etc after the sale has been agreed but before legal completion. On top of this, the sales progression was great.

Statons have been servicing the market in Totteridge ever since I can remember. They have built a reputation for knowing this market like no one else. We had to sell my father-in-law's house in Totteridge Lane. It is one the oldest buildings in the district and my father-in-law who was an architect made some stunning alteration 60 years ago. We were selling an early Victorian and somewhat quirky property in a conservation area during the recent very challenging market. The house had been brilliantly renovated earlier by my father-in-law who was an architect and had lived in the house for sixty years. Max Martin at Statons Totteridge oversaw the sale for us. I have recently worked with Statons Totteridge whilst buying a property and dealt with Navid during the process. We found him an absolute pleasure to work with and he made sure we were kept informed throughout.
As a first time buyer, the process can seem quite daunting however his attentiveness and advice from start to finish made us feel extremely comfortable and in the loop. Not only did keep myself and my flat mate up to date but he was also in constant contact with both sets of solicitors to ensure that the process did not come to a halt at any point.
I have worked with a number of agents in the past in a professional capacity and can honestly say he is a cut above the rest.
