They did a great job with the marketing of my property and generated lots of interest and viewings. Well what can we say apart from Outstanding!
Dan & Victoria went above and beyond for us on our purchase through them.
We had a very long and stressful move due to issues a the bottom of our chain but thanks to Victoria's chasing and making sure we received regular updates she made sure we knew what was happening and put out minds at rest as sometimes we would get nothing from other parties involved. Dan was always on hand to answer any questions.
We are now in our forever home but we couldn't recommend Maynard Estates enough.

I have had so many terrible problems with other local agents (including 5 collapsed sales on one house) and so it felt like these guys were sent to me from heaven!
Dan sold my house within a few days of it being on the market (yes, I know that’s unusual but good things do happen!). Communication was always instant, positive and I always received the best advice. Dan and his team even helped with a little repair.

From start to finish, Dan & his team were professional, helpful & friendly. What stood out for us was Maynard's approach to the selling of our property, certainly not the usual spiel of agents. Living a distance away from the property, we expected problems that goes with distance - not so! Once the property had been cleared, we did not have to visit again. Dan or a member of his team kept us updated at all times. Dan kindly took the meter readings & passed them onto the solicitors. It was a genuine 'pleasure to do business' with Maynard's, I could not recommend them strong enough.

I never really appreciated how involved an estate agent gets in the house move process. Dan acted as advertiser, organiser, remediator and guidance councellor! He always was on hand to help and made the stressful process far more easier than it could have been if i had chosen a different route. So……. To begin with I bought a run down terrace with my boyfriend (builder) to ‘do up’ to say it didn’t work is an understatement!

He’s professional and value for money, but more than that - he has the skills and market knowledge to make a real difference. We sold our first family home with Dan in 2022.
Wouldn't go elsewhere now having had such a seamless experience. Dan was great at our initial meeting and gave us plenty of time to decide if we were going to enlist him as our agent, and we did shop around having first meetings with 3 other agents.
With it Dan being a family man he understood what was involved with moving a family and he was able to advise the best way of transitioning to our new setting.
Remarkably, he also wasn't just the man you meet once and never see again. He kept us up to speed with our viewings, feedback from viewings and continued to support us through the entire sale until we'd handed over the keys.
