I would not recommend this agency to anyone. They are the most unprofessional people I have ever come across. I rented a property with them for 1 year and they made us leave the house without serving us a Section 3A. They only gave us 3 weeks notice to get out and when we argued this and threatened legal action, they told us we could stay longer if we paid them a certain amount. We did not want to give this agency any more money so thankfully we found elsewhere! We had numerous problems during the 1 year in the house it was near impossible to get anything solved or fixed with them. They had excuse after excuse for us when we would question why we are left waiting for a builder for months. Upon one of our inspections, one of the agents left one of the rooms in a mess - so bad that we thought we had been burgled. As we lived in a HMO house we should have been provided with 3 fire extinguishers ( 1 on every floor). Instead, we were not provided with any. This is illegal and 1 of many things they tried to lie and scam us of with our deposit. When it came to getting our deposit back - the unprofessionalism continued as they tried to scam us of loads of money, making false claims against us. My advice to anyone who is in this same situation - threaten legal action if you know you are right! We ended up fighting all of the claims and winning them all! For anyone currently in a house managed by this agency - take pictures of everything as this agency will try and lie their way out of everything!

This Agency is not honest I viewed a property with them and after sounding positive about signing me up as a tenant for a property they then backtracked and said they’d chosen someone else for the house for no other reason
This is after going back and forth for four weeks with no response from them!
After I confronted them face to face
they then tried to offer me a substandard viewing on a High Street above a shop! when I have a young family Also ignored emails and phone calls when they decided to let the property out to someone else
This agency is not honest in Business dealings and is predacious against certain cultures and people

Unprofessional, dishonest, repulsive scammers.
The misfortune of dealing with this agency has dragged on for months after leaving a rental property. Andersons have been impossible to communicate properly with, and negligent in their duty as landlord from day one. I genuinely regret meeting this group of people.
If you're considering using their services, I wish you luck, and offer my condolences.

Beware of this agency! I’ve had the worst experience ever! Dishonest agent will give you false hope of getting the property to ensure deposit is put down ASAP. As soon as they bag the deposit the the same agent became nasty with an extremely rude attitude. Only got my holding deposit back after threatening to take to trading standards. Save yourself grief and avoid these scammers!!! Even one star is being generous
