Avoid renting from this agency, they are very unprofessional, fraudsters and say one thing and turn around and do another. They breach their own contracts. When you ask to speak to a particular person(ZAINE) They LIE AND TELL YOU HES NOT THERE BUT WHEN YOU GO TO THE OFFICE HE IS THERE. THEY SAY ONE THING IN PERSON AND THEN SAY DIFFERENT ESPECIALLY IF YOU RENT AS A FAMILY, SO PLEASE EMAIL THEM THE CONVERSATION JUST SO THEY KNOW YOU NOT DUMB.they expect rent money but take two to three years to do repairs once moved in. They all lie on each other in there, then landlords don't even come out to deal with the problems but they want u to pay them rent. Firts few months of moving in They have water leaks and when reported nothing is done. Still have leaks everymonth ,they still do nothing but ask for rent.They will give you numbers and state its landlord number when it's someone else. They only deal with problems when the council is mentioned. I can go on and on about what I've experienced and encounter bit this is just some of what I've encountered. They will pretend they don't know who is review from but when you come to the office they will ask you to take it down. AVOID AT ALL COST, SAFE YOURSELF FROM THE HASSLE... Read more
