Disastrous Experience with an Incompetent Landlord
I recently had the unfortunate experience of renting a property managed by this company and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I feel compelled to share my terrible experience in the hope of warning others who may consider renting from this landlord. They consistently binned the personal property of their tenants without consulting them. They lack common sense

The only agency I found willing to help tenants like myself on Universal credit. They helped me find a property, and helped me with my application. Terrible experience renting with Marble lettings. Had damp and mould problem due to a roof leak ongoing in my room for past 5 months. Only sent cowboy builders to fix problem after months of waiting, only for them to try and paint over the mould instead of fix the problem.
On top of this, agent regularly turns up at property to snoop around with no notice, which is apparently legal in an HMO, but still unsettling and disrespectful, especially during a pandemic and when I'm often alone (F) in the house. Then I am patronised by the smallest detail, when Ive been living in a mouldy room for the past few months.
