Had the absolutely painful experience of having to deal with Amin Hankin. Avoid unless you want to be ignored and lied to repeatedly. Had to find the directors’ emails to get anything processed to then find Amin embarrassingly trying to defend himself with utter futility, instead of trying to solve the actual problems at hand. Inefficient, slow to respond (if they do) and just gruelling to deal with in every way.

Our agent at Camerons Stiff is Hussein Madarbakus. He is so knowledgeable about the local area, lives here himself for a long time, knows all the good school catchment areas, the good streets :) so the first time round when we only just moved to the area Hussein's local intell was priceless. 5 years later when we were ready to move to a bigger place I immediately called Hussein. The place he found for us was everything we wanted but it came with a price tag. After hard negotiations, navigating through conveyancing process and paperwork we found ourselves stitched up by the PM and a mortgage company. Hussein didn't loose hope, he suggested a new broker and 3 weeks later we exchanged. It has been an unbelievable journey through highs and lows. He always stayed in touch and gave us hope, while managing vendors expectations as well. Hussein is a great salesman but his personal touch and ability to match people with their property needs is close to none. So grateful he believed in us. Thank you!

Would not recommend. Terrible at communication. Had to constantly chase for information and to improve marketing and ensure they were following up with interested buyers. Continued to get instructions wrong when showing the house and more than once left the house without alarm set put the house's security at risk.
At critical points felt let down - for example, just before exchange, was sent an email saying oops spoke too soon, the buyer wants to take £60k off the agreed price. I would have expected a professional agent to call us and help us work through it rather then trying to convince us to transact anyway (note we had already dropped the price and the agent had told us the property was not over priced). Didn't feel like the agent had our best interests at heart. Fortunately we stuck to our guns, and the transaction happened at the original agreed price but no thanks to Cameron Stiff.

Immediately, after many years without incident, almost everything that could possibly go wrong with the appliances and structure did so, in quick succession. Chanel Ellis, their property manager, has worked tirelessly to sort everything out so that we are now back to a state where everything is sound and in good working order. Recently, I've had the never-ending headache every person has when they look for a new flat/ house to rent. It was even more challenging with deceitful estate agencies who make false statements and show you horrible-quality domiciles.
However, this was not the case with Marcel Villa from Camerons Stiff & Co. Marcel, the estate agent listened to my needs and understood that I'm looking for a home for my wife and future baby. He asked me relevant questions and was very honest with a great personality.
He was definitely like a talented doctor who did the diagnosis and provided my family with narrowed-down choices that met our expectations. The entire journey with the deposit taking, references, and contract facilitation prior to moving in was extremely professional and amicable.
Marcel Villa is an asset to Camerons Stiff & Co. as he continued his genuine support even after we've moved into the new flat.

We completed on the house late November ‘20, so the purchase, and the search before it, was conducted at the height of the pandemic, but the team, particularly Hussein, were just brilliant throughout. Knowledgable, professional, safe and very understanding and responsive to our particular needs. So many agents we met looked like they were listening, although clearly they were not, as we’d turn up at a place (which needed to accommodate my elderly, disabled mum) only to discover it had none of the minimum requirements we’d requested and they were clearly trying to shift anything on their books. However, Camerons Stiff, and our individual agent, Hussein, just seemed to get it and didn’t waste anyone’s time and quickly identified a handful of properties in our chosen area to fit our brief and we were able to target our search and move through the gears rapidly after we put in an offer. We were in within ten weeks and this was, in no small part, down to Hussein being able to negotiate quickly and efficiently in order to complete the sale before the end of the year. Hopefully we won’t be moving again for many years as we love the house, but if we had to, then we’d happily use this agency again. Meantime, we can only thoroughly recommend Hussein and the wider team. Cheers.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
We rented a property through Cameron's Stiff, luckily for us our landlord was amazing, but whenever we had to deal with the letting agent, unprofessional, unreliable, and useless is just a few words that come to mind, I could never get hold of Amin, and when I did he would promise to call straight back, 2days later I would have to call again, send emails and text messages, to find it had just slipped his mind to call back. 2 weeks after moving out, we received a message to say we were late paying our rent and action would be taken ( just for the record, in the 14months we were there, we were never late paying our rent). It then took over a month to get the deposit and monies owed to us as we had over paid the month prior, this was due to a lack of communication between the accounts team and the letting agent. With the accounts person sending us an email refusing to pay the money owed to us at one point.
Bottom line, I would strongly advise people to stay clear of Cameron's Stiff, really not worth the hassle.

Didn't receive a response to half of my viewing enquiries, took about 3 weeks to finally arrange a set of viewings due to unbelievably slow response time- only to find out most of the properties I selected were now either under offer or being let. It's amazing they actually manage to sell any properties. Email tone is unprofessional. I wouldn't bother wasting your time with these agents if you have other options. Literally all the other agents I have worked with have been more responsive and professional.

The worst experience I've ever had with a letting agent. Terrible relationship management. Patronising, contemptuous, uncommunicative, rude. I put an offer on a property and the letting agent left me hanging for days and days, weeks and weeks would not respond to emails and fobbed me off on the phone. They completely held up my search for a flat while time was running out, and I was left in limbo. I still haven't received proper confirmation that my offer was accepted or rejected. They increased the asking price after we viewed the place and just generally gave the impression that all they're interested in is making a quick buck.

I cannot praise Camerons Stiff & Co highly enough. In particular Steve McNicholas who took the lead on the sale of my father’s house coupled with Hussain and the lovely Elaine. In what is an incredibly trying market, our buyers chain fell through on four occasions. Had it not been for Steve’s highly professional and diplomatic approach to all parties involved, I can say with certainty that we would not have got this over the line. All the team at Camerons are at the top of their game. They are what I call a ‘proper’ estate agency. They do things the right way which is why they have been around for so many decades. When I need to sell again (or buy), its Camerons Stiff all the way.

THE estate agents to use in Queens Park and Kensal Rise - we used Cameron Stiff for our sale (and they acted on our purchase) this year. The friendly, knowledgeable and very hard working team did a brilliant job in a very difficult market, getting lots of viewers through the doors, benchmarking the market and realistic sale prices and putting deals together for us. Jerome, Stephen and Hussein did an excellent job for us on our eventual sale and long delayed purchase and were proactive and ensured all stayed on track. We can't thank the team enough. No knowledge of the housing markets dynamics. They have recently started to systematically overvalue properties in the Dollis Hill area by 10% to 20%, presumably to gain listing in a very sluggish market, to beat the downward house price trends in the London market and perhaps to fix prices at a higher level (they do have a quasi monopoly in the Dollis area). In any case, this strategy does not work. As a result, properties do not sell quickly compared to other areas (1 year plus is not uncommon), and are at times withdrawn from the market a few months later.
They do not put into question positive reviews ( suspiciously high number of them at 5 stars only....) but systematically pretend not to recognise the negative ones...hence this review to give a more balanced view of this estate agent. I personally cannot see how the positive reviews are all genuine.

I was really happy dealing with Cameron Stiff, specifically Hussein. He was always friendly, professional and never pushy. This is my fourth attempt at buying a flat and this time it came good! And it’s in no small part to Hussein. At no time did I ever feel like I was being rushed even though there was pressure being applied from further up the chain. I had a pleasure of dealing with Camerons Stiff & Co when I was buying my first apartment. My property agent Oliver (QP office) was extremely professional and always gave his honest opinion on each one of the properties. He knew the area extremely well and I was actually amazed by his patience because we probably viewed 15 properties before I put an offer through. He also was very supportive in explaining how the process works as I had NO IDEA as a first time buyer. The whole thing went extremely smoothly.
Can't recommend them enough. Good, honest, old school property agents. Especially Oliver Morgan Townley, if you ever have a chance of choosing which agent to talk to, I would certainly ask for him.

I felt very disappointed with this company, sent e-mails, looking for a house for me, and they were very attentive, but when I went to visit the company personally, I felt a fish out of water, an employee particulamente met me with dislike and arrogance, Creating difficulties in showing me any available property and that I have interest, creating difficulties, and making me suspicious with some questions, I know that there are laws and regulations in companies of this size, but she decided alone if I had a profile or not to rent a house In this company, and neither wanted to show interest in my search and deciding to do the opposite, to ask the contact of my guarantor, before even showing me any suggestion of available properties, making it possible for my visit to be brief! The name of the agent: Amy Benjamim MARLA, maybe that was not the intention, but it was what I understood, I went to various agencies here in the UK and no one treated me that way

Had a dreadful experience, they didn't do anything to manage the property we rented through them. 3.2k a month
Leaks, damp, fence falling down, electric shocks only time they got in touch was when the rent was late.
Avoid if possible!

Guy turned up and announced there had been 'a mistake' and were only out a mere £1500 a year. The price difference wasn't the issue. We'd been in contact with the agent twice today and nothing had been mentioned at the time. I don't think this is reflective of someone I'd trust.
