The team at KFH, in particular Liam and Craig, were fantastic in orchestrating our purchase. Always available when we wanted to check something, meet with builders ahead of completion etc - Craig was always happy to help. As with any home purchase, there was the occasional sticky situation, and Liam and Craig shone here in being able to negotiate the result we were hoping for. Highly recommend the team here at KFH for any home purchase!

To say that we were impressed with Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward is a gross understatement. The Chiswick team is tenacious, communicative, understanding, and professional. With our purchase, I am confident the exchange and completion would not have happened for MONTHS if not for the daily communication and perseverance of Craig Dougan! I think it should be noted KFH were representing the sellers and we were the buyers... and we all worked together to get the flat to completion. We could not be more happy and we plan to use them in the future for our next purchase and lettings! The location is fantastic as well, right in the heart of the Chiswick High Road. We 100% endorse KFH Chiswick!!

KFH were the third estate agent I approached to sell my late mothers house, right from the start Liam impressed me with a level of preparation and local knowledge, that far out shone the competition.
Along with that came a friendly and professional approach without giving the impression he was trying to be my best friend.
Liam and his team, especially Craig Dougan were helpful and supportive at every stage of the sale, which at times was frustratingly slow due to the buyers near catatonic solicitor.
I do feel that had it not been for Craig and Liam pushing things along I would be still waiting for completion on this sale, and that their drive and focus got this sale over the finish line.
Cant recommend them highly enough and would be happy to do business with them again.

I was very bummed after the first day of home search facilitated by my company and then I started on my own. First apartment I saw was a KFH, it was true to what it said in the ad, so decided to place the offer by the end of the day. From that moment onwards, everything overall went very smooth. This is my first time renting in the UK, so lots of processes and stuff that I hadn't the faintest idea about. Alisdair was very supportive throughout the process, provided guidance every step of the way and moved super fast. Also, I appreciate I got a pretty clean apartament and they did their best to meet my needs. Very, very happy with this first place that I get to call home here and I was lucky to find these guys. So big thanks to both Alisdair & Rebecca!

I would like to sincerely appreciate the way KFH Chiswick Lettings Team (and Rebecca in particular) managed our recent tenancy. Throughout the period we were renting the property and upon closure, the service provided by Rebecca and team was impeccable in quality and timeliness. Balancing landlord and tenant needs in a really healthy and fair way throughout the tenancy made it positively memorable.

Me and my Mum had found it very difficult originally to find a property to rent for an upcoming start of university. We had arranged viewings with multiples letting agents but decided to just ‘pop’ into KFH the morning of, just to check if they had any properties that would work for us, as we were very much struggling when searching. Within 5 minutes of us entering the office, we had 2 viewings for that same day for 2 flats that met all of our requirements! Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she was so kind and beyond helpful, making our experience personal and our needs very much heard. Especially as she was so honest about properties and the safety in surrounding areas which we found was very rare when viewing properties. By the end of the day, we had become successful in putting an offer in on a flat that we loved, with the professionalism and help of Alistair (who was brilliant too!) The team are amazing and are truly a force to be reckoned with. I could not recommend the team here anymore, so much so, our other friends were in contact with them the next day in viewing a property, and found one too! The proof is in the pudding :)The care that each staff member took was brilliant and if we were to ever need to flat search again in Chiswick, we would only use KFH. The absolute best!

Nothing less than 5 stars for this team!
We stumbled across KFH having made appointments to view accommodation for rent with other agents, for my daughter and friends starting ArtsEd. Rebecca had us viewing a property within 20mins - we ended up taking this and the last flat we saw with KFH - Rebecca, Alasdair and the KFH team smoothly took us through the process and all 4 students are now housed, safe and sound ready to start their 3 year courses...
Rebecca, Alasdair & team went above and beyond to help the students (and us as parents across the UK) - I couldnt recommend them enough and have already sent friends to them.
Top marks team KFH!

I recently sold my house through KFH, Chiswick. They were the second agents that I instructed and their impact was felt immediately. They sold my house within a week, managing to find a cash buyer in the process however I have to say their true strengths and talents were felt throughout the conveyancing process which was far from straight forward. There were multiple barriers to overcome and it felt like the sale was on a knife edge at many stages; I sincerely feel that without the constant care & focussed attention from Liam and the team at KFH, things would have slipped away. If anyone is thinking of selling their property I cannot recommend KFH, Chiswick enough- In this day and age it is a rare thing to find an agency that follows through on what they say they will deliver, whilst being able to communicate faultlessly in the process. If I could award 6 stars I would!
