Throughout our time working together to sell my property, Chris and Charlie at KFH have been nothing short of fantastic.  From jumping on board at next to no notice, to finding a suitable buyer and then negotiating what turned out to be a less-than-easy case to the very end, I found them both to be professional, competent and very hard-working.  Nothing was too small for them; and they both were always on the ball, and quick to intuit what needed to be done to move us forward.  They seem to have a genuine and refreshing understanding of the pressures and stresses that come with selling a home, and they went out of their way to make sure I felt guided and reassured the entire way through the process.  On top of that, they were both extremely patient and persistent where I believe others would very readily have given up weeks earlier.  They work well together as a team; and their long opening hours are a bonus, too.  If you're looking to sell in Chiswick, then my very strong advice would be to look no further - these guys are first-class.

I honestly don't know where all these top reviews came from, so I'll share my story between me and KFH. They promised great and looked professional when showing me the flat (some wrong information provided during the progress, although I believe they're not intended to), but I faced very different situation after signing the contract with them. I couldn't get any useful information about council tax or utility bills after sending several emails for inquiring, I couldn't get the broken shower fixed after several emails with no reply, I couldn't get any solution when reporting severe formaldehyde odor in the bedroom beside "that's serious are you sure?", not to mention other inquiries that were ignored. Maybe the property manager is either too busy or thinks me as a tenant not worth paying attention to(they even got my name wrong on the contract and I needed to remind them several times to correct it). All these happened within the first 10 days after I moved into the flat, how can I be satisfied or being optimistic here?
Not very responsive, not recommended based on my personal experience.
