Matthew particularly was an absolute star! Would thoroughly recommend their professionalism, support and attentiveness - they could not have done more for us.

    We had Matt O'Sullivan with us from Chestertons. He was extremely friendly and listened to everything we had to say. I felt like he was searching for the perfect home for us and not trying to sell us something he wants us to have. Each property he suggested for us got closer to what we needed and we felt very comfortable with him, you're in very safe hands with Matt!     Really keen and excellent service, particularly from Matthew O'Sullivan. Unlike a lot of other agencies, they immediately started out by giving us a sense that they were aiming to give us a personalised, tailored experience and help us rather than simply benefit a landlord. While we ultimately ended up deciding on another apartment, for my next move I won't bother with other agencies and will go straight to Chestertons.
