   100% recommend. We have just moved home & Rob, Alicia, Emily & the team were great throughout the entire process.<br><br>At the start when our previous house went on the market the team made sure it was on for the right price which helped our house sell in under a week. They don’t tell you what you want to hear, they are honest in their valuation & tell you the price which the house will sell at.<br><br>Unfortunately the first sale fell through initially (not of their doing). They were brilliant, they liaised with the estate agent of the house we were buying to inform them of the situation & the plan of how they would get the house back on the market. It was back on the market the following day & sold again in under a week.<br><br>Once the process of moving was underway Alicia - who was dealing with our sale, was always available for a phone call to answer any queries & always answered emails the same day. But when Alicia wasn’t available members of the team would always be willing to take messages & chase up so we didn’t lose any time.<br><br>They also chased all parties involved to ensure the process was completed as soon as possible, it made the entire process a lot less stressful & allowed us to focus on sorting out our property prior to moving as we knew they were doing everything in their power to get the sale completed quickly.<br><br>I could not recommend Anderson’s enough & I will be directing friends & family who are moving, to them to sell their house.    This service appears to screen calls and redirect unwanted numbers directly to voicemail. As a result, it is almost impossible to reach a real person. Very frustrating and unprofessional customer experience. I would not recommend them.... Read more

   I sold a rental property with Gemma Bellamy's team in Jul 25, with Reeds selected after meeting Victoria, who was pretty much the only useful person I dealt with, but sparingly available.<br><br>Key issues:<br>- Negotiation was shockingly bad. Their approach was the standard "open house - here's your best offer" after 1 day of viewings. Little interest in negotiation/doing further viewings after. A somewhat satisfactory offer was only obtained further down the line when they were pushed into a corner to do this or lose the business.<br>- Poor progression skills. Maisie: amazingly bad at just about anything she touched. Cheryl: excellent at appeasing and then doing nothing of consequence after.<br>- Work is outsourced; this is used as an explanation as to why branch staff are clueless about your case<br>- Expensive for the quality of service. Another rental completed in half the time and at a competitive price by Hunters<br>- There was an entire day when no one was around to pick up the phone due to staff shortages<br>- The ability to successfully navigate curveballs associated with buyers in the area was a key concern discussed pre-selection and confirmed as a skillset. There was no apparent interest in tackling these when they arose.<br><br>In summary, a very substandard team overseen by a very substandard branch manager. I believe any other Hillsborough estate agent would do a better job of selling a house and at a lower cost.<br><br>EDIT: These concerns were raised repeatedly over the phone and e-mail. The fact that Josh is a lettings employee commenting on the performance of a sales team he doesn't belong to is an excellent example of how poor the sales team is at their job. I've attached some screenshots from just the tail end of a 5 month dragged out process seeing as "you have no record of these concerns". Loads more where that came from.<br><br>In further updates this morning, Josh claims that the team is human and has to start somewhere and that they've all magically improved to market leading standard over the last year.    We had a great experience with the Martin & Co Sheffield team. I made an online enquiry on Monday, received a call back on Tuesday, arranged a viewing for Thursday, and by Friday we had paid the holding deposit. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and well organised. We loved the property and were very impressed with how the viewing was conducted.
