Very disappointing experience. We paid a holding deposit and later received an email saying the landlord had chosen someone else. The whole experience was frustrating and felt like a waste of time.<br>Communication was very poor. Most of the time when I went to the office, the person who dealt with rentals wasn’t there. When I called, no one answered the phone.<br>What disappointed me the most was that there was no effort to help us after our application was unsuccessful. They could have said, “You’re looking in this area, we have another property nearby that might suit you,” but instead it felt like they just closed the case and moved on.<br>I feel like they are more focused on selling properties than renting them. Overall, I was left very disappointed with the level of customer service and would not recommend this agency based on my experience.... Read more

We had 4 agents to evaluate our house and although they were all efficient there was one that stood out from the crowd. Melissa from Morfitt Smith was extremely knowledgeable about the area, the type of potential buyers, realistic about the asking price, and we felt that the service from a local agent would be more suitable for us. Once we made the decision to use Morfitt Smith, they were very quick to arrange the photographs, which were amazing, and to list the property. We immediately had a lot of viewings arranged and received several offers straight away one of which we accepted with their help and guidance.
