Great estate agents, the staff and the company will go above and beyond, to find rental property. Every time there has been an issue with the property, there trusted engineers are quick to sort the problems out. I would highly recommend MSK Properties. Keep up the good work

Very dissapointed!
We made very good deal, but when I was close to take a house from them, they break the deal without to inform me and I lost that house.
I do not recommand!!!

Every time I call these people they always say their properties are not available and they will call me back ? so why are you advertising them!!! I have called over 6 times for 6 different properties marketed on the day and they always say they`re never available
Disgraceful !!!

Most of the agents lie when they talk to you and you cannot resolve any problem you have with them or the landlord. I would give 0 starts. A waste of money for the agency as it does nothing.

As usual in London, these estate agents are either utterly incompetent or will actively try to screw you over. Stayed two years in a house. A friend of mine moved out after a year and it took him 10 months to get his deposit back.
Towards the end of the two years, I informed them I would not be paying last month of rent as it would be covered by my deposit and I didn't trust them to send it back. They were horrible about it, and a few days before the end of the contract the landlord came to ask me for around £600 that he said wouldn't be covered by the deposit. The agent threatened on the phone to come "sort us out", as well as call the police. I stupidly paid the money, then when we moved out they realised that the deposit actually did cover everything. It then took me ages to get those £600 back.
When new people moved in in the second year, they asked them for £300 agency fees, saying that I'd paid the same amount. I only paid £150... Then when after a few months these people moved out without ever having signed the contract, they tried to blame me for their own failures.
Lots of other problems but I'd rather not spend more time on this.
If you have to rent with them, I'd advise you to be prepared for all the bullshit that they will try to pull off.
