Bought through this agency, vendor was was using one of their recommended (associate) solicitors R A W Clark & Co. The agents were reasonably on the ball and kept in touch regularly but the conveyancers for the vendor were an absolute shower and basically through stubborn refusal to follow normal procedures cost us a delay in completing of at least some six weeks. Its a shame the agents couldn't put a bomb under one of their preferred conveyancing firms to expedite matters. Don't go near R A W Clark & Co.
