I first came across Northwood about 5 years ago. Having just moved back to London after 3 years abroad I started looking for a flat that would accept dogs as my wife would be arriving soon with our two dogs. I soon realized that was going to be a very difficult task, as soon as I mentioned dogs, Estate Agents would lose interest. Until I met Dean (estate agent at the time for Northwood). He quickly found me a great ground floor flat with garden which would accept dogs. I was so impressed with the overall service from Northwood that I told him back then, as soon as I buy my own buy to let I will not use anyone else's service. And that is exactly what I do now, I use their services to rent my flats and I am still impressed with their service. Thank you... Read more

Highly recommended to STAY AWAY! (Moreover referring to the Bromley North office which doesn’t seem to exist anymore, NOT surprisingly!) Long story short, pre existing mould issues before moving in and of course they re appeared... mentioned 6 months into our tenancy but nothing was done other than someone coming to look at it... upon move out, they deemed it our fault as between December and March we didn’t leave our windows open to ventilate while we were out in the coldest winter in Britain in 49 years(Beast from the East)... we lost some of our deposit! I highly recommend using Northwood as an estate agents. They have been the best agency I have come across in 10 years in London. We started by renting a two bedroom flat from them back in June 2016. The process was very easily and felt very fair with a third party deposit service and a Independent inventory. Charlotte and Ally have been wonderful whenever we needed something fix or had queries. We ended up buying the flat we were renting and we really appreciated the help and support that both Charlotte and Ally gave us. We will strongly consider renting or selling our property with Northwood in the future.... Read more
