Extremely impressed with Northwood Estate Agents, they are knowledgeable, focused and extremely professional, they keep you updated with regards to viewings and feedback. Think the initial comms were very good.
Property is reasonable though we made numerous comments on the inspection report and haven’t had confirmation that those comments have been received. We have a few teething problems we need to talk through, though we have not been very proactive about it due to a hectic few weeks with work and life commitments. We will be in touch shortly to arrange a discussion.
On the whole though our view of Northwood is positive, with clear and transparent arrangements which made life easier

Service was great and the staff was always ready and willing to help. Didn't appreciate all the cold calls and emails myself and partner received after we opted out off having moving and utilities contact us.

I have used Barnard Marcus, Sutton for the purchase of my first property. Being the first, I have a lot of questions and was totally unaware of the process. Wintana Araya (from Barnard Marcus) has come to my rescue and helped me immensely with explaining the entire process. She has patiently handled all my queries and cleared all the doubts. The good part is even if she was away, she used to get back to me at the earliest, which helps me in completing the entire process on time (which was the dire need for me). I let my rental property through Northwoods since 2018. Whilst my initial experience was mixed, since Chris has taken over the service has been absolutely first class. Transparent and extremely helpful.
Emma went above and beyond to assist when the tenancy came to an end and I would not hesitate in recommending anybody to let a property through them.
