Our experience with Lenka, the lettings negotiator, was very positive. She was professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Amazing to deal with. I am a renter and have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all the members of staff. They are all extremely helpful and go out of their way to help with anything you ask. I would recommend Northwood above any other letting agent!!!

We rented house number 27 Windsor Road in Harrow at the end of July 2025 until April 2026, approximately nine months. My son and I took possession of the house, and it wasn't very clean. The living room carpet was dirty, and the floor was broken and shifted when we walked on it. The kitchen floor also shifted a lot when we walked on it. We contacted the rental agency, and they said it would take a few days to fix. They put a temporary wooden plank over the floor, and there were many other problems with the house (we have proof and photos of this). This forced us to leave the house and move to another one (we cleaned the house before leaving). Unfortunately, they fined us about £430, which is why I'm writing this letter. It's worth noting that when we told the agency we were leaving, several families came to see the house every Saturday, but most of them refused to rent it.

I rang to express interest in a property - the person who answered wasn't especially interested in taking my details, finding anything about me or my position in terms of cash buyer/ mortgage etc or what I'm looking for. If I was selling my property through this agent I'd be very disappointed.
