Everybody says that buying a house is stressful, but in my situation I can say it was an easy, enjoyable process, which took 8 weeks from the first viewing to completion.

I went to look at a property that was on with O’Riordan Bond, my family and I really liked the house and wanted to put in an offer as I had just sold my property. I had also got an approved in Principle mortgage via a broker that deals with people that hasn’t had the best credit score. The Estate Agent mentioned they have a very professional mortgage adviser Caroline that he could arrange a meeting with to go through my options. I wasn’t going to as not had the best experience with estate agent brokers as at first the promise you the world and then it’s the computer says no!!!
But my husband and I thought why not as we are used to the sorry but no!!
We went to meet Caroline and my opinion changed straight away, she was friendly and very professional. She spoke to us in a manner we understood very open and transparent, stated you be honest with me and I will try my upmost to get you a mortgage with a good rate but need to know the good and the bad. We went through all the application gave all the paperwork she needed and then left her to it. That evening she text me to ask me for some more details as she was still looking through the lenders way after she had finished work. My husband and I was very shocked with her dedication and support she showed us, also the guidance and covering letter she wrote on our behalf to the underwriters. Within a couple of days she had got us a mortgage with a high street bank at an amazing rate. I was in shock as I never thought we would get the yes we really wanted.
If you need a mortgage please go and see Caroline as she will try her very best to help you, I can promise you that.
We are now one week away from moving into our new property with a good affordable mortgage that Caroline made happen. Thank you Caroline you are amazing and an asset to O’Riordan Bond.

Best experience with estate agent so far. Starting with Dan - really switched on person, actually followed up on enquiry unlike other estate agents we enquired with, he actively listened to our needs, then presented us with few option and went extra mile for us to view the house as I work long hours. Prior his annual leave he did a great handover to his colleague Luke which we also couldn’t fault for anything, was keeping us updated through each step of the application process up until the end where we have meet Emily, who arrange the handover of the keys and last pieces of paperwork. Whole process went smooth, 2-2,5 week and we now have the keys. If any of my friends ask me, I will definately recommend the amazing team at O’riordan Bond Kingsthrope, you guys were amazing and definatly deserve a lunch of your choice from your branch manager, You did a great job, keep it like this! :)

I was looking for a new property for lease recently and came across Luke at O'Riordan Bond and was super impressed. I called and arranged a viewing for a property. We arranged a time and he knew the property he was showing me around really well, whilst other properties I'd been to had agents who'd never been there before so had no idea about the property quirks/benefits. Not only did he know the area, the benefits, little things needing fixing (that would be sorted prior to occupancy), the owners preferences (length of tenancy and what they hoped to do in the future and how that impacted the prospective tenant), added advantages to the property (local amenities, free parking in the area etc) He was also was friendly, responsive, and seemed to have the client and tenants mutual best interests at heart.
Sadly, I was unable to continue with an application for such a great property as my needs changed. However, I was so impressed with him, I thought I would leave a review! Keep up the good work O'Riordan Bond Kingsthorpe and thank you Luke!

David Lewis and Emily were there every step of the way and they went the extra mile, Lewis said that he was always up for a challenge. We mainly dealt with Lewis who was always on the ball and very enthusiastic was a pleasure dealing with you guys and thanks to you all we can now move on with our new lives.

For 10 days I was in a battle with them to rent a flat from them , I was calling them they were taking my details every single time I was calling them , they were always saying that they gonna call me back , but they never did , I went to their office at kingsthorpe, to talk to them because I was sure that they will never call me back , at their office they spoke to me for about 20 minutes I gave them whatever they need , my income , my tax return ,
They said they gonna call me back at the same day but they did not , and then I called them again and they told me that they are not gonna give it to me becouse I have car wash and they don’t wanna give it to people who owning a car wash , there is someone there his name is luke bandey, I sent him the proof of my income , I called again and he answered the phone and I said to him that I sent what you need since yesterday why you did not call me back , and he said I don’t believe of the proof that you sent he said he is sure that I made that proof at home on my own computer
Very poor service and rude people I don’t recommend this agency at all they are time waster

Went to view a property which we really liked and were ready to put down a deposit. The young letting agent Luke was pleasant and filled out an application form with us at the property. I then get a call from Ben who is apparently the lettings manager who came across quite rude. He stated that the landlord couldn't wait a month for us to move in as he could have somebody in the property within a week. This is despite the fact nobody had mad an offer except us. Realistically who is able to move into a house in a week without having to give notice on their current property. Ben came across argumentative and unwilling to even be reasonable.

We have just hit completion with Oriordan Bond and honestly from the get go we have been in constant contact through emails and phone calls, if we needed to know something David and the team have been quick to get back to us. This is our first house and previous to Oriordan Bond we had dealt with the absolutely less than stellar your move company, they are worlds apart. Had we stopped after our terrible interaction with them..I can honestly say we wouldn't have gotten the right property.

Horrible experience. Tenants please stay away from these people.
After paying holding deposit I did a follow up almost every day. And they tell 3 days prior to our move in that property is not fit to move in. They had lot of time to do their formalities (more than 15 days) .Oriordan Bond made our life hell for 15 days.
Worst customer service, no one will reply to your email.
People in the office have no idea of what’s happening. Everyone speaks different, they don’t have communication amongst themselves. No idea what do they do.
Unfortunately I checked the reviews only after paying holding deposit.
