Lying estate agents, worst service, rude. Couldn't think of one nice thing to say about them

Do not use their solicitors (sequence). We were advised to do so by their team, despite our reservations, we were assured that this would be the best option. The service was shocking. I only spoke to the solicitor once, despite calling many times. We were cc'd into emails and asked to read through the correspondence or attachments, if wanted to find out what was going on. I cannot stress how dreadful the service is and how they should at all costs be avoided.

If you are considering to apply for a job at this branch I would suggest you didn't bother. I applied for role within the branch and took time off work to attend the interview following a phone Interview I had the week before. The interview went well and the staff were friendly, I was told at the end of the interview I would hear if I did or did not have the job by the end of the week. After two weeks I contacted and was given the excuse that the managers needed to have a meeting to discuss this and I would hear in a week. A week later I still had to answer so I contacted again and I was told the manager was on holiday and I will hear back in another week. Overall it has been around 5 weeks of excuses and they still did not contact me to say if I did or did not have the job as promised in the interview. It is very unprofessional and they completely wasted my time by giving me excuses each week. I would never recommend for anyone to apply for a job here they just mess you around waste you time.

So pleased with my experience with fox and sons here in Winchester I can't rate them enough. I used them for both selling a property and renting one out, and they are by far the best agent in the city. I first met John Golden who took my property on the market, and he was so professional, yet personal I was confident I was in safe hands and I was correct... my property was sold after an open house of 11 viewings and at 5k over asking. I then dealt with Bradley who has just taken over as the sales Branch Banager and Jane the Lettings Manager and no surprise, they were fantastic too. High recommend and won't go anywhere else now. Thanks guys

Never responds to queries, very bad communication. Poor reviews and feel sorry for people with houses put with this company. Improvements needed on company and possibly staff, don't waste your time.
