    Do not use their solicitors (sequence). We were advised to do so by their team, despite our reservations, we were assured that this would be the best option. The service was shocking. I only spoke to the solicitor once, despite calling many times. We were cc'd into emails and asked to read through the correspondence or attachments, if wanted to find out what was going on. I cannot stress how dreadful the service is and how they should at all costs be avoided.

    Other Sequence Homes Group Reviews

    Bought through them and would never sell! All went fairly smooth however they bombard you with properties via email, most of which aren't suitable (Even once you have bought through their agent!). Once offer has gone in they pressurise you into using their "in house" mortgage advice team. We didn't but was still pushed at every opportunity they had! Closer to our moving in day they bombard you with their in house opportunity to set up your new broadband/utilities etc. I was receiving emails, phone calls and text messages every few days even once I called the agent requesting for this to stop! I'm still receiving random emails from other companies relating to moving home and am pretty sure they have shared my info somewhere along the way. Stick to selling your property with an independent agent who you can trust.

    As said by others, William H Brown couldn't care less. No updates whatsoever on progress, only multiple sales texts about buying broadband and utilities through them. They will also pass your contact details to other sales people so you are hassled further. I cannot imagine why anyone would choose to use them to sell a property as they couldn't give a stuff about selling it - from experience I can say the seller and their property are not promoted favourably to buyers. There are many great agents in St Albans so absolutely no need to use this useless bunch.

    Had to leave a star to leave feedback but they deserve no stars. Absolutely appalling estate agents. With the exception of one staff member (Lizzie) the Cromer team and Regional manager are incompetent, deceitful, rude and unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever encountered and their mistakes cost us buying our dream house. Avoid! I will be taking legal action.
