Do not use their solicitors (sequence). We were advised to do so by their team, despite our reservations, we were assured that this would be the best option. The service was shocking. I only spoke to the solicitor once, despite calling many times. We were cc'd into emails and asked to read through the correspondence or attachments, if wanted to find out what was going on. I cannot stress how dreadful the service is and how they should at all costs be avoided.
