I am generally not one to leave reviews for a positive experience, and I should definitely do this more often as I usually never hesitate to leave a review for a dreadful experience - therefore, here I am leaving a fantastic 5* review for Barnard Marcus (Clapham Branch) and particularly to Tom Cowdrey the Branch Manager. It took over 3 months to close the deal on our property purchase due to some unforeseen issues, however, all throughout the process Tom (and his team) looked after us and made us feel as though we were their only clients, never hesitating to go above and beyond general expectations in order to achieve the very best experience for us. I cannot recommend Barnard Marcus enough and this particular branch!

I went on a couple of viewings with Renelle and although I didn’t find the exact property I wanted through Barnard Marcus my general experience with registering and viewing with Renelle was so much better than the usual high street agent. She’s really enthusiastic and helpful and is even helping me set up tenant insurance which my current agent didn’t even offer me.
