The best service we have received from an estate agent - they were constantly on the case with solicitors and buyers alike. They really have a great Sales team managed by Jack, both he and Andrew did not just stop working for us once the offer was accepted, they saw all the way through constantly in communication, even on days off. We would definitely recommend and return for our next move.

Very pleased with the overall service here when selling our house recently. Jack Whiley provided a great valuation and strategy for putting our place on the market and we had three offers within a week. It is only since dealing with other estate agents while purchasing our new house that I have realised just how good this team is. Overall Jack was more contactable than most and when he was not available his team were well informed and very helpful, especially Andrew. I highly recommend their service which was competitively priced.

Jack Whiley and team led a successful flat sale for us, wherein negotiations were smooth and upfront, everything was answered and chased up when requested. There was none of the usual tricks and half-truths that come with some estate agents, but straight-talking and honest conversations had throughout. I really do recommend Jack; he was a great mediator for us and resulted in both seller and buyer being happy with the sale, both in terms of price and process.

This bakery is fantastic superb products and friendly staff and very competitive prices on all the bakery items its just a shame it seems to attract all the mid aged gossips in Roath Court Road mostly the men that are now changed into old women that basically want to use the bakery as a place to extract your business but awesome bakery keep up the good work to all the staff.

Just terrible. My girlfriend and I purchased a house at the end of 2015 (no thanks to this company). The manager and estate agent lied to us from the start. They were directly asked if there were any issues such as subsidence and they denied that there were. After our offer had been accepted and solicitors were involved we got letters showing that subsidence had indeed occurred at the rear of the house and repairs had been done. There was no way that the estate agents did not know this. To make matters worse they never told the owners that they had lied to us. The process was prolonged as we decided to get a full survey done and do numerous checks on the property. We would usually have walked away once the 'S' word was mentioned but we loved the area and intended to rebuild and extend. When we finally spoke to the owners (after weeks of asking Allen and Harris to put us in contact) the owners could not believe that we had not been told about the issues with the property. After we had put an offer in I also got a random telephone call in the middle of a work day stating that I needed to put a final sealed bid in else the house would go to someone else. Whe n I asked if my initial offer had been rejected they did not answer. This came completely out of the blue with no warning and was very bizarre and unprofessional. There had never been any mention of sealed bids until this random phone call. I told them I needed to talk with my girlfriend before making a final offer. I was then unable to contact them and received a very late email the next day stating the house had gone. This left us very confused and my partner was very upset! Not being one to back down I walked in their office the next day and put down another offer. As they legally have to go back to the owner I ended up getting the property. They were not good for the buyer or seller in this situation. I understand that the manager and estate agent in question no longer work there but the experience with this company was terrible. They give estate agents a bad name.
