Nick and the team here really saved the day for us during a difficult and complex commercial sale. They've been honest, professional, informative and competent at every stage of the process, a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Don't go anywhere else as there are far too many cowboys about and these are not one of them.... Read more

We had a wonderful experience working with Paul Simon Seaton Commercial. Their team of agents were professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process of renting out our premises in Muswell Hill.
They have great knowledge of the local market and more importantly, they protected our interests as clients. They listened to our needs, provided us with a range of options that met our criteria, and patiently guided us through every step of the process. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer our questions made all the difference. We highly recommend Paul Simon Seaton Commercial and thank them for providing exceptional service.... Nick, Kiri and Valentina of Paul Simon Seaton Commercial, have been very professional, supportive and effective in pursuing the sale of my commercial property.
They have been reliable and consistent throughout, bought the property from them in 2009, they leased it for me in 2012 and just sold it for me in 2022

I used Paul Simon Seaton some years ago to find a new tenant for my commercial garage site in North London. They negotiated a new lease with a national supermarket chain at three times the previous rent.
Recently I needed a new tenant for another garage site in South london. Unfortunately I went for a large national agent. (I had assumed that PSS didn't cover South london).
I say unfortunately, because they never seemed to answer the phone. When the phone was answered, the person in question was never available and never responded to messages. After two months of no offers I approached Paul Simon Seaton.
Within a week I had an offer at more than twice the previous rent.
When I let a property, I want to be kept informed and feel part of the process.
I will be using PSS again.... Read more

In 2005 Paul Simon Seaton took on the management of two blocks of flats in Tottenham which the previous agent had said were unmanageable and great improvements made during their period of management. This lasted until the lessees went for the right to manage. Paul Simon Seaton were very hands on, easy to deal with, and dealt promptly with any issues arising and nine years later we are still in touch, which say something about the relationship that developed.... Property listings are matched to data from the Land Registry by our clever algorithm. Clever as it may be, it isn't always right, especially if a property was listed by multiple agents. The asking price is the original listing price, NOT the final listing price.
