I recently spoke with Henry while my partner and I were enquiring about properties. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional throughout the conversation. Amazing service, as a first time buyer I was worried about the process but since speaking with Jamie the in house mortgage advisor he explained the whole process of buying and made me feel at ease. We have recently purchased a property through Peter Alan Estate Agents in Llanishen in Cardiff. From the outset we found the entire team to be totally professional and sensitive to our needs. They dealt with our initial enquiry swiftly and were extremely flexible in organising timings for us to view the property. Gabby was well informed on showing us the property and was able to answer all our questions, filling us with confidence. The team dealt with our offer swiftly and we were able to secure the house at the price we wished to pay. Thereafter they liaised with us and our solicitors to ensure a smooth process of purchase. Extremely poor service. Wasted months of my time not being able to close a potential purchase of a property. Given the current market constraints would have assumed an agent would at least get back to a potential buyer with a response to their offer……

Sarah has been absolutely amazing throughout our rental process.
The property is an older building and had a few known issues that needed to be resolved before we could apply, and she kept us updated every step of the way. Even though the work took a longer than expected, she made the whole experience smooth by clearly explaining what was happening and what to expect next. Her communication and professionalism has been outstanding.

I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord

I viewed multiple properties with Peter Allan and the whole team was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Teigan for any property viewings, as she was very outgoing and could answer any of the questions i brought forward about the property.

Having recently sold our parents house through Peter Alan Morriston, I can only say that I would STRONGLY advise anyone to steer clear. My sister and I have found them to be totally inefficient, poor communication and lacking local knowledge. Firstly, they could see the condition on the house and I presume would know the local value, but were WAY out on price, which I believe was over inflated to get us to go with them. Secondly, they would rarely get back to us when leaving a message, as you could rarely get through. Plus we would give them answers to queries from the vendor, then a few days later they would ring us back saying the vendor was worried as they had received no reply and yet THEY had not passed on the message. Also, they had been trying and trying (apparently) to contact the buyer's estate agents to ask necessary questions and could never get through, I tried the same today, spoke to them and the matter was resolved!? Many a time it seems like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing, because somebody was off on holidays and hadn't relayed the message. All in all we found them utterly useless and if it wasn't for the fact that we were so far down the road, we would have changed. Our advice is to steer clear, you have been warned!!!
