Waited almost a week to view a property. When we we met the agent, she let us into the property. We were confronted by three men who claimed that they were doing work on the house. Oddly, no sign of any tools. A double mattress was on the floor of the lounge. Obviously they were sleeping in the property. The property was shown as empty by the photographs on the listing. Three men were walking around on their phones and taking no notice of us. I felt that I had walked into a doss house. I complained to Peter Alan head office and asked for an explanation, despite Thier promises to ring me back, they didn't. What a shower of agent's they are. Do yourself a favour, avoid Peter Alan like the plague.

I cannot praise Sarah Hewitt enough for her diligence and professionalism. She went above and beyond in finding me the right tenant.A tenant viewed the flat with Sarah and a decision was made immediately to rent the flat. All of this was done within 3 working days. She was super efficient, friendly and knowledgeable about the lettings market. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sarah Hewitt in the future and I would highly recommend her. Superb!!!

The initial valuation was far too high, consequently we had to reduce twice. We eventually moved to another agent. I was told the cost would be 1.1%, then the contract (when I eventually got it) gave a fixed fee. To be fair, a couple of the agents at PA Black were lovely, others not so helpful.

I’ve been looking for a house for the past 18 months and Jessica Arthur (Aberdare Branch) has helped me to find my dream house. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. All in all disappointing, we had originally met with them before going with Purple Bricks ( which was a mistake on our part!) Peter Alan kept in touch telling us how good they were and how they knew the locality and could work wonders for us - 4 months later we have still not had a viewing despite having dropped the price on their recommendation.

Callum recently helped us with our remortgage as part of the life time membership that I have with PA. Was a pleasure to work with and very prompt when replying to any enquiries that we had. Understood what we needed and gave us all the information that we asked for in plain English too which is always helpful with these sort of things.
