Peter Alan Estate Agents, what can I say absolutely fantastic service, very professional, also an absolute pleasure to deal with.
I recently had the absolute pleasure of dealing with George and his colleague, please excuse me I can not for the life of me, remember her name but we called her George, my friend who lives in South Wales was looking to rent a new property, after receiving a 6mth notice from previous landlord who had decided to sell his property. My friend was worried about moving and wasn't sure if he would be able to get a new home in the time he had. NGeorge was extremely helpful, friendly and very reassuring, this made a great deal to us. On the day of sign up, they went through everything in great detail rang the landlord to check a few things for us, they were very happy to help and assist with all the questions and even arranged for my friend to get signed up on a day and time which was more convenient for him.
Keep up the great service, this is how it should be done. Highly recommend that if you are looking to rent, sell or buy definatley give them a call.

I doesn't have a lot experience with Estate agencies. But collaboration with the agency was satisfied for me. It was renting the house.
The most impressed things are digitalisation of the process. All documents was prepared and signed online. Very usable part is digital assistant to set up property services.

I regret choosing Peter Alan to sell my property. From the beginning, their communication was consistently poor—I was often left in the dark with no updates or follow-ups unless I chased for answers myself. There was very little proactive effort to market my property effectively. It felt like a “list it and leave it” approach, with minimal visibility or engagement. When selling your home, you expect a partnership and professional strategy, but sadly, this experience delivered neither. I wouldn't recommend them based on my experience.

We viewed four properties in an afternoon with Morgan, and although he was a little late to meet us at the first one, he called to let us know, apologised and explained the reason for it so not a problem. The properties were all very different in location, size and style but his knowledge of all aspects was very good, a check with the office quickly answered anything he was unsure about, along with this he knew when to offer advice and when to step back and leave us to it. All in all a positive experience.

I’d give a 10star rating if I could. Made an enquire about a property, got a swift response from both Brenda and George who were able to accommodate my request. Honestly did not have to stress as I was well attended to from enquiry to viewing to putting in my application and moving in. I must have called Brenda and George a million and one times with numerous questions and they always had the patience for me. Couldn’t ask for better Agents tbh!!!

I had been looking for a place to rent contacted many (other) estate agents who never got back to me about properties I enquired about. Two estate agents were telephoned three times and emailed twice over a period of two weeks with nothing back. Two never turned up to planned viewings.
Peter Alan- From the moment of first contact, Brenda and Chloe were very friendly, professional and treated me as an important client. Brenda swiftly arranged a viewing a few hours later, where I met Chloe at the property. Such kindness and care through the whole process, nothing was too much trouble, always returned calls as promised. Very efficient electronic paperwork.
