I had been looking for a place to rent contacted many (other) estate agents who never got back to me about properties I enquired about. Two estate agents were telephoned three times and emailed twice over a period of two weeks with nothing back. Two never turned up to planned viewings. Peter Alan- From the moment of first contact, Brenda and Chloe were very friendly, professional and treated me as an important client. Brenda swiftly arranged a viewing a few hours later, where I met Chloe at the property.
