They helped me through entire purchasing process as a FTB, answered any questions I had and made the whole thing as easy and seamless as it could have been. I get the strong feeling that without them being as on the ball as they were from the start, the buying journey would have taken much longer than it did. From a buyer's perspective, I would highly recommend them to any seller thinking of listing their property!

FAULTLESS SERVICE
As a landlord it was a breath of fresh air dealing with the very professional PB rental team. Not only was Sally a pleasure to deal with she was very pro-active and detail-orientated. She went above and beyond to deliver a good service, often responding to messages outside of office hours and on her days off too!
Steff equalled that level of service by doing an excellent job on managing the sale of my property. There were a few bumps and pot holes along the way - none of which phased Steff - as she safely steered the sale to a successful conclusion - it really was a job well done.

Sally, thank you for guiding us through the process of renting our home. You were in touch all the time, even in your non-working hours, and helped with all questions (and we had a lot of them). Two Ukrainian mothers with children... It was difficult for us. Foreign country, different rules and laws. You yourself were looking for information about the possibility of renting housing for Ukrainians. We applied everywhere, but were rejected. You broke this vicious circle and now we have a separate house and a wonderful landlord. You are an incredible and sensitive person, as well as a wonderful employee. Thank you for your support and your warm attitude. We thank the company for such employees.
