From the initial valuation, open day & sale to advice on the property we eventually bought, to recommending excellent services such as solicitors and removals Stewart was with us all the way.
Moving house is a stressful time and if like us it is a long time since you moved (in our case 42 years) you need someone on hand to advise on the process. Stewart was able to do that.

We instructed Presidential Estates with Stewart Weedon after other unsuccessful attempts to sell the property. This was during a period when the market was slow due to financial considerations following govt action.
We were extremely impressed with the care and professionalism of the preparations for sale, the photographs taken and the information that was posted to promote our property.
Stewart Weedon took care in who to offer viewings to so that those who came to see were suitable and that helped. When we finally had a buyer things moves as quickly as we wanted which was good.

My partner and I are first time movers and I must say I feel like we hit the ground running when we crossed paths with Stewart Weedon. He made the whole process so stress free and efficient.
As someone who works in facilities management, I can relate to needing to keep both tenant and landlord happy and I can certainly say I feel well assured and looked after with Stewart as our point of contact. For someone who is so responsive, empathetic and easily approachable, Presidential Estates really does deserves all the praise received.
Not much has gone wrong with the condition of the flat and it’s utilities - touch wood - but any issue we do report is instantly passed on to the property owners and addressed immediately. Five stars definitely well earned!

Stewart is gem of a find and someone who is at the top of his craft. We have been looking for a house for quite some time and didn't know where to start so we approached him to guide us through the process. He had a house that really ticked all-our boxes so he spoke with the vendor to see if a middle ground can be found on the asking price. We never felt he was trying to get us up by playing one buyer against the other and was upstraight with us and kept us and the sellers informed on how things were developing and any issues during the transaction. He also recommended someone for mortgage advice, as opposed to forcing it on us, which is what other agents do, who ended up saving us thousands of pounds!! We first met Stew one of the founders of Presidential Estates, when he sold us our property. We were so impressed with his professionalism and enthusiasm that when we decided to put the property on the market we knew we had to get Stew to market it. He did not disappoint, he was super flexible with our needs and worked around us rather than the 'office hours' which was a real benefit due to us working shift work. Once the property was on the market, it was plane sailing and we were sold within 1-2 weeks of having it on the market! Cant recommend enough!

I wanted to leave this review for Stewart and his company Presidential Estates in Loughton. Stewart has been fantastic from start to finish. After failing to sell my property via another estate agent Stewart stepping in and took control of the whole process for me from start to finish. His marketing was exceptional and after a busy open day I was sold! He negotiated me a great offer, dealt with the buyer's surveys, recommended trusted local contractors and was on hand for all the surveys, reports and checks. He even arranged for a local clearance firm to come and remove lots of unwanted items for me. He was literally on hand 24/7 via what's app and whenever I called, he was always available. Not living locally to the property, I needed a trustworthy and attentive individual and Stewart was just that person. He pushed my sale to completion and helped overcome any issues along the way. My mother died a year ago of covid and a year on, we were ready to sell her home that she left to us. We had a few interactions with some local estate agents several months earlier and didn’t feel like using any of them. I saw an advert on Instagram and made an enquiry as the ad really stood out to me. Alex David called me after a few days and what stood out to me immediately was Alex’s kind, genuine and respectful demeanour. I arranged a meeting with Alex at my mothers house and he was even kinder and professional in person. The service I got was amazing, Alex had people in the following day to look at my mothers house and I think that one of the potential buyers that viewed the house just before Xmas, was the person that brought the house a few days into January. The speed of everything was unbelievable but at the same time there was no rush if that makes sense.
Even a solicitor was provided for me if I wanted to use them. I would most highly recommend Presidential estate agents and from my own experience, Alex David is the man to ask for.
Thank you for everything, you have made the ordeal of selling my mothers home, my childhood home much less of an ordeal than I had expected it to be.

We decided to go with Presidential Estate as they were highly recommended. When we first met Stewart he was extremely informative and put our minds at ease especially as we were mid lockdown. We were incredibly impressed with house professional he was during the whole process. The photographer they used was excellent and truly captured our lovely home. Once the house was on the market, we had over 20 viewings booked for the following week and offered on the day. Stewart made sure it was Covid safe for our return too. Our house was sold within 2 weeks!
Stewart was really helpful in recommending solicitors, surveyors and removers. He managed the completion process really well, taking on feedback and was incredibly patient as we were moving over 200 miles away.
I would highly recommend them and feel he was found a great family too start a new life in our old home.

We started our house hunt over 2 months ago thinking its going to be a long and stressful ride. After being overly picky and selective with our viewings we viewed around 15 homes and none of them seemed perfect enough for us, until we Viewed that special property advertised by presidential estates where we met Stewart Weedon.
Stewart was very transparent from the start and took the time to inform us about the value of similar properties in the neighbourhood and made clear what the vendors expectations were.
What worried us about this property with high demand was the offer turning into a bid war and the property just being out of our budget eventually, but Stewart reassured us that the process will be fair and everyone bidding will get 2 chances a first offer and a best and final. 4 offers were rejected and 2 were qualified us being one of the qualified offer. Stewart eventually gave us the great news and we are over joyed with the outcome.
Last but not least Stewart also advised us of a conveyancy firm which we have currently instructed to commence the process for the contract exchange. A massive thank you to Stewart and Presidential we cant wait to move in and we feel lucky to have dealt with such a straight forward and professional agent.

Having never sold a property before, we were confident in choosing Stewart at Presidential Estates after having such a fantastic first meeting with him. He was so great with advising us on the market, recent sales and how we should position ourselves to get the quick sale we needed to secure our offer on another property.
Stewart was on hand at any time to answer questions, of which we had many! He arranged 2 solid days of viewings (over 25!) within days of our house being on the market. I have been very lucky to have Alex recommended to me. After meeting with Alex and spoken to him I knew he was the right agent to sell my house. He was extremely friendly, genuine and easy to speak to. He was not pushy or aloaf like some agents I have met before. He provided me with some good research of the market to back up his valuation which ensured me that he knew what he was doing and would do well in selling my house. The marketing photos and video were made very quickly. I love the video, it made me want to buy my own house!

We were house hunting for a long time and came across a lot of pushy/sales driven estate agents so it was so refreshing looking around the house with Presidential Estates and we could have a normal conversation with the agents - so friendly and honest, even getting possible renovation tips and advice!
We then worked closely with Alex after we made an offer and he's just been brilliant. He was happy to answer all our silly first-time-buyer questions and was always available. Looking back, it was so valuable having Alex drive the sale through so diligently; speaking to our solicitors, troubleshooting delays, keeping everyone in the loop and has made the whole house buying headache a lot easier. We decided to go with Alex from Presidential for the sale of our flat, and I’m so glad we did. He has been so great throughout the process and has gone above and beyond for us.
From the first pitch we felt that he set himself apart from other agencies we had spoken to, by providing thorough research to back up his valuation. I feel that this analytical approach was crucial as our property was priced correctly and then able to sell quickly- we were only on the market for a week and after one day of viewings we had several offers.
Alongside this, he has also helped us in securing our move. He was happy to look at property specs and give a professional opinion on them, as well as negotiating on our behalf. I haven’t been offered this before by other agents and it was such a massive help!
He is so easy to contact and very pro-active in his approach, as well as being a very nice and genuine person who is pleasant to deal with.
His colleague Matthew is excellent as well. Very friendly and professional. They were both here to show people around our flat on the open day, equipped with plenty of information for prospective buyers.
For anyone choosing between Presidential and another agency, I would say give them a go and you won’t be disappointed!

I went to view a house and was so impressed by this company's adherence to restriction rules. Firstly, they were very welcoming and gave me time to look around the property, answering any questions that I had. They had sanitiser ready before walking in to the property and ensured everyone was wearing a mask. I was asked to take off my shoes before entering the house. Everything was asked in a polite and calm manner and they were very efficient and professional
