BEWARE, Unprofessional, don't answer the phone. They have kept rents which have been paid to them directly . And not paid the landlord, which has caused the landlord issues with the mortgage company. Multiple phone calls and emails sent to their office. No attempt to resolve the issue.... Read more

And knowledgeable too - any estate agent that answers ‘I don’t know’ to a difficult question about a property shouldn’t be doing viewings!
