Woodbury only advertises on Rightmove and their window, so exposure is not as expansive as some other agents. The terms of their contract are excellent and very fair. The service they provide is quick, precise and their communication is excellent. Their valuation was the same as 7 other agents including those rated as 100% accurate.
My property is going back on the market soon and it will remain with Woodbury.

Laura and her team at Woodbury Homes Loughton is one of a kind, they are great with people and run a honest and reliable service.
I’m a first timer (letting) and Laura and her team just walked me through all the steps as if I was a friend of the family.

I was viewing a house for sale with the estate agent Donna Faircloth from Woodbury Homes and we had our time slot for 1pm and we waited for our time session but some other couple stood closer to the door and told her their time was for 1:45pm but asked to view early so she told us to wait as she'll show us after these people and so we waited. She eventually called us in while the other couple were viewing the garden and the rest of the house
Then we were viewing the kitchen, the other couple were starting to leave so she asked us to wait and shut us in the kitchen so she can talk privately to the other couple.
This was a bad experience and was the worst estate agent I have ever viewed with.
I hope that Woodbury Homes does call me to explain Donna's behaviour and apologises for her leaving us in the kitchen for so long when she could have just let us view the rest of the property.

We were buying a property from Woodbury. Jamie, and all the staff, were very easy to get hold of, they chased things up for us, and were generally very personable. We left our lunch in their office and they walked all the way down the street looking for us to give it back! Overall, I would recommend them. We had an excellent service, and felt, as buyers, we could trust them.

From my initial enquiry to receiving my keys, Woodbury Homes provided an exceptional service of assisting my first purchase. Leigh was readily available to answer my consistent barrage of queries, and proactively pushed the vendors solicitor as they were particularly slow! Their local knowledge is second to none. I will definitely work with them again, and have already recommended my family friend to use them.

I recently used Woodbury Homes to sell my property in Loughton. The service was professional and everyone we dealt with was friendly and proactive. We felt informed throughout the whole process which is not the experience we have had dealing with other estate agents.
