Woodbury only advertises on Rightmove and their window, so exposure is not as expansive as some other agents. The terms of their contract are excellent and very fair. The service they provide is quick, precise and their communication is excellent. Their valuation was the same as 7 other agents including those rated as 100% accurate.
My property is going back on the market soon and it will remain with Woodbury.

I am really sorry I forgot to leave this sooner, I have used every agent in Loughton and nearby to source a property.
Laura and her team at Woodbury Homes Loughton is one of a kind, they are great with people and run a honest and reliable service.
I’m a first timer (letting) and Laura and her team just walked me through all the steps as if I was a friend of the family.
100 percent recommend these guys !

I was viewing a house for sale with the estate agent Donna Faircloth from Woodbury Homes and we had our time slot for 1pm and we waited for our time session but some other couple stood closer to the door and told her their time was for 1:45pm but asked to view early so she told us to wait as she'll show us after these people and so we waited. She eventually called us in while the other couple were viewing the garden and the rest of the house
Then we were viewing the kitchen, the other couple were starting to leave so she asked us to wait and shut us in the kitchen so she can talk privately to the other couple.
This was a bad experience and was the worst estate agent I have ever viewed with.
I hope that Woodbury Homes does call me to explain Donna's behaviour and apologises for her leaving us in the kitchen for so long when she could have just let us view the rest of the property.

We were buying a property from Woodbury. Jamie, and all the staff, were very easy to get hold of, they chased things up for us, and were generally very personable. We left our lunch in their office and they walked all the way down the street looking for us to give it back! Overall, I would recommend them. We had an excellent service, and felt, as buyers, we could trust them.

From my initial enquiry to receiving my keys, Woodbury Homes provided an exceptional service of assisting my first purchase. Leigh was readily available to answer my consistent barrage of queries, and proactively pushed the vendors solicitor as they were particularly slow! Their local knowledge is second to none. I recently used Woodbury Homes to sell my property in Loughton. The service was professional and everyone we dealt with was friendly and proactive. We felt informed throughout the whole process which is not the experience we have had dealing with other estate agents. Moving is incredibly stressful but Woodbury Homes made it as smooth as possible for us. Jamie Golding was the lead agent we dealt with. We would highly recommend both Woodbury Homes and Jamie.

Given most people do not move house many times during the span of a life, we found the service and guidance provided from Woodbury Homes fairly poor. Having sold our home with them, much was left to be desired in form of clear communication throughout the process and also the initial guidance on the process from listing to pictures to pricing the property. We felt Woodbury Homes was working harder to please the buyers rather than the sellers which cost of financially and timely delays. One good thing going for them is that they know the area and have most listings around where we sold.

Outstanding service, would highly recommend! Jamie engaged really well whilst I was searching for a rental property, kept in touch and helped me source a really good property. Laura and kirsty also did their part and I thank them because there are no better agents than woodbury homes. I'd like to also say although I didn't deal directly with Stuart, he is a great guy and as a property investor myself I would be happy to buy/sell through him.
