After an initial good conversation and meeting I was looking forward to working with Primmer Olds to manage my retail units and flats. However as other reviewers have said I found Duane to be not interested in looking after clients. They didn't meet commitments, were completely unresponsive and despite numerous attempts were unable/unwilling to return any phone calls. It seems Primmer Olds has a top down culture of being unfocused on customers. If only I would have read previous reviews I could of saved myself a lot time, expense and frustration. Steer clear of this company!... Read more

Throughout this time they have been late year on year with regards to producing the service charge accounts, despite numerous requests for the information, official complaints and solicitors becoming involved.
