Their knowledge of the local property market and dedication to customer satisfaction really stood out. I would highly recommend Enfields to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)I do not recommend this agency especially not for a purchase via the chain system. People have pulled out last minute and my sister, who has no choice to keep her house and for who the agency can't find a new buyer, is left with huge agency fees. The agency is fine to take your money but are not quick to find solutions. Please be careful and avoid to sell your house via a chain system. It only makes the agency richer but you can lose money if it doesn't work out.

He knows his property in and out, whichever in his radar. He was quite helpful and approachable throughout the whole process. Either you buy or rent, you will find him rightly advise and guide you. The best part is he and his staff will take care of your worries. He always guided and directed me in the right direction with make you understood of each step. Thanks a lot Jason! 18th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Staff were friendly but just a bit useless. Kept on saying stuff would be sorted but never did, had to rely on just the landlady due to no help from them. Even till the last day it was a challenge to even get my holding deposit back, they kept on saying "it was with the finance team", delays taking around 1 and a half months. BE WARNED, had to even get the holding deposit company involved to get them to take the money and retrieve it off them, hard to say if it is incompetence, or money lost. This was after we agreed it would be returned within 10 days and after the landlady said the property was fine and we could have the full amount back, they just missed the deadline by a month. Just be aware anyone who chooses to go with them it will be a challenge to get even pennies off them. Terrible first experience with them.

14th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We are a couple in our mid-70s and were selling our property to move nearer our family away from Southampton via Field Palmer, Shirley. Throughout the process we were coming up against obstacles which we weren't able to rectify. Keiran and Megan from the Shirley office were only too glad to offer assistance and we only had to phone the office and they helped each time. Without their help we might have given up selling our property. We would have been lost without them. If they didn't know the answer to our problems they didn't stop searching until they found the answer. We have now nearly reached completion and so glad we picked Field Palmer to sell our property. Thank you to Field Palmer, Shirley especially Keiran and Megan. If we ever need an Estate Agent again (hopefully we won't) we would use them again in a flash. Would higher recommend the Shirley office, Thank you Keiran and Megan.

We are incredibly grateful for all his help in securing our new family home.<br><br>I would highly recommend Goadsby, and especially Rob, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. 20th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)iF you want to get screwed this the place kulbir will lie to you all the time we have been told we would get our deposit back after speaking to the land lords wife she said they wont even return her calls KULBIR TOLD US EVERY THING SHE WAS GOING TO DO FOR US THEN WHEN WE MOVED OUT SHE TURN IN TO THE DRAGON LADY LYING .ALL THAT COMES OUT HE MOUTH IS BULL CRAP

Communication has been a breeze during the tenancy and the ladies working there are always friendly. Highly recommend the team to anyone looking for properties!<br><br>I recently rent a flat from Belvoir. Very professional and friendly staff. Communications have been very smooth as well. Much better than a lot of letting agents I have dealt with. Thank you and keep up with the good work ??????
23rd Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Held off writing a review until my former housemate had moved out, but between us we were there 2019-2026.<br><br>Phill is a very difficult person to deal with. It is upsetting to be bullied as an adult, and fortunately he is my only experience of it, but I had a very unpleasant time with the HA.<br><br>We would discuss directly with the landlord instead, which fortunately worked for us. But then makes you wonder why even have a letting agency in the mix.<br><br>As a landlady myself now, I would not go anywhere near the HA given my experience on the other end.

Otherwise, you’ll live to regret it and leave with the feeling that you’ve been scammed.- 22nd Oct 2026 (10 days ago)I recently bought a property through Austin & Wyatt and dealt with Gobind Mia and James throughout the purchase. They were both extremely helpful from start to finish and kept me updated throughout the whole sales process, which at times was quite stressful.<br><br>I also used their mortgage advisor, who was very helpful and made that side of the process much easier to understand and manage.<br><br>Once the purchase completed, I then rented the property out through Katherine and Joe, who were both brilliant and made the letting process really straightforward.<br><br>Overall, I had a great experience with the whole team and really appreciated all the help and communication throughout both the purchase and letting of the property. I would definitely recommend them.
