Despite having it in writing that the Landlord had decided not to proceed with the tenancy, we had issues with getting our holding deposit back. It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill
