We have been very pleased with the way Prospect have helped us to sell our home. Davina Dobe, in particular, has been outstanding. She immediately “got” our house, so was able to present our home to its best advantage, giving us sound advice throughout. She has a particular knack of finding positive solutions rather than dwelling on negative problems which has lightened the whole process for us. She and the whole team at Prospect have been thoroughly professional and crucially are easy to contact. Special mention must be made of the amazing sales brochure for our house which was a class above anything else we have seen. Thank you very much Davina and all at Prospect Crowthorne.

My 78 year old mother let a property through Prospects. It has been an ongoing nightmare. Repairs not completed after months, ongoing issues with hot water, attempted rent increase twice within a twelve month period. When asked for the requested rent increase to be put in writing they served a s21 (no fault) eviction notice. They are now delaying the return of the deposit for no apparent reason. Emails they have sent themselves have said she has kept it in immaculate condition. They are not responding to emails/calls and this is causing immense distress to a lady with a heart condition.
The area manager of Prospects, Michael Gallagher, also owns the property and is the landlord. Although this was disclosed to my mother when she let the flat, the potential for conflict of interest was not explained and I now have had no alternative but to name and shame as this is an absolute disgrace.
Will be contacting the tenancy dispute scheme as it appears its the only avenue in which to get my mothers money back.

No doubt about it, Daniel at PHD was very easy to deal with, a great communicator and extremely professional in the way he dealt with us. We had numerous hurdles put in the way but all were overcome. In relation to their well known competitors, PHD achieved a 10%+ sale price to our home, very happy customer!

Prospect Estate Agents surpassed our expectations throughout the whole process in selling our 5 New Build Dwellings in Charvil. We were dealing with Shaun Stevens initially who did a tremendous job and then later he introduced us to June Hopkinson and Matthew Daysh in the Prospect New Homes department. They helped us in every step of the selling process to navigate us through the difficult period in the economy and thus successfully selling all the 5 dwellings at higher GDV than the other agents. We would like to thank them for the great effort achieved and are looking to work with them in the next projects. We will definitely recommend Prospect Estate Agents to potential developers, family and friends.

Prospect were great with our house sale, from the efficient preparation of the sales particulars to arranging and accompanying viewings - special mention to Lauren for her calm approach and sunny attitude on viewings! We had a few challenges towards the latter part of the transaction, but Daniel was spot on in his honesty, approach and pragmatism, and we managed to resolve these issues with his support and experience to make it to our new home!

Dan White (no relation) and his team at Prospect we’re quite outstanding to deal with. Honest, professional great follow up and always working in our interest. If you want the team that will sell your house and genuinely care about the process and emotional journey sellers go through then I cannot recommend Dan highly enough. I just wouldn’t take the risk with anyone else.
