We recently bought our home through Frank Schippers. Although the process took longer than expected due to issues further up the chain (through no fault of our own), Karl was genuine, honest, and kept us informed every step of the way. He was thorough, and whether it was a call back or an email, he always got back to us very quickly. Despite the challenges, Karl did everything he could to keep things moving. It's clear why the agency has such a great reputation in the area. Highly recommended.

Just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to the team at Frank Schippers who have just helped me sell my home. The team were professional and helpful throughout the whole process, providing guidance on the marketing of the property and then when an offer was accepted, opened up a channel of communication with the entire chain to ensure we all knew where everyone was - something the solicitors were unable to do. As my property was empty, they also carried out regular weekly check ups to ensure the property was OK and that I complied with the conditions of my insurance policy. As such, they come highly recommended for their service and personal attention in making the sale happen.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
We were purchasing a retirement apartment through Frank Schippers for my mother-in-law & due to bad timing we were due to be away though a large part of the process - Karl took care of everything including dropping round & collecting paperwork for her from solicitors & making sure MIL was taken great care of every step of the way, it was comforting to know.
He also secured full asking price for her own property!
And their commission fees were very good, less than others.
I have to say personally I have used the two larger well know Bracknell agents before & have had unpleasant experiences on both occasions - will definitely be using Frank Schippers in the future should the need arise.

I can not thank Frank Schippers enough!
Unfortunately we did not sell through Frank Schippers. Our mistake it turns out!!!
Luckily the property we fell in love with was being sold by them.
After our offer was accepted the sale became very complicated. It was honestly on an hour by hour basis, we were not sure if the sale would go through at all.
Karl was my main contact, thank god for his willingness to answer my constant questions and his expertise to answer them.
We cannot express enough thanks to Karl and the team, even though I wasn’t their customer, I could call them and talk through any problems.
I’m glad to say we finally got our keys and have moved into our dream house.
I don’t wish to name the high street agents we sold through, the after sale process was just non-existent even though we paid a premium for it.
If it wasn’t for the consistency and persistency of Karl and the team at Frank Schippers then we wouldn’t be where we are today.

We used Frank Schippers to sell my recently deceased mother in Law’s property because there was a FS board on a property just down the road. This turned out to be a great decision because as soon as Karl Shepherd from FS took over the responsibility for the sale management, he did it in a totally professional, communicative, calm, collected and effective way. Karl uses logic, common sense and reason to explain a plan and then just goes out and gets it done!....also providing feedback in a timely manner. Every house sale will have hiccups and queries and Karl dealt with them before anything could escalate into a problem. Frank and David back at the office were fully able to provide help when Karl was unavailable and the whole team gave us 100%. We are very grateful and have no hesitation in recommending Frank Shippers to sell your house.

I can't recommend the team at Frank Schippers enough. They were incredibly professional, thorough and empathetic. David in particular played a massive role in keeping ourselves and our buyer calm, informed and reassured throughout the debacle that is selling a Leasehold property. While they are based in Crowthorne High Street, they found a great buyer for my Wokingham apartment before others in our unit who were selling at the same time. Please be aware, they have a policy only allow adult viewing. Something I haven't experienced with any other estate agents. I can't comment on their quality as an estate agent, as we couldn't experience a viewing with them owing to child care. We rent a house with them. The process of signing the contract was smooth, but since we entered we only had issues.
1.I notified to them that the front door handle was loose and they did not send anybody... As a result the handle broke few days later and I had to skip half day of work.
2.They did not know where and if a phone master socket was in the flat and I had to sort this out by myself with huge delays with the internet connection.
3. We had issues with the boiler that was working intermittently they sent somebody who did not sort this out. The issue lasted during the whole tenancy.
The communication channel with them for these issues have always been dismissive and hasty. The use a platform that delays everything, not helpful at all.
I definitely do not recommend this agency to anybody to be honest. My experience has been really negative

We were so pleased that we were recommended to use Frank Schippers by a friend; having tried a few of Wokingham's major Estate agents without results. Frank and his team bring round genuine interested buyers rather than wasting your time justifying their trust in you just to bring in footfall to make it look like they are doing something. Frank Schippers managed to sell our house twice but were initially scuppered by the covid outbreak making our first buyer unviable. We feel that Karl has been the king pin in the finding and negotiating with the buyers throughout our time selling in what is a very strange market. It would be fair to say that Karl has been outstanding, never knocked back by challenges or disappointment, he is committed often continuing to pursue selling and managing the sale during his days off.
