Just wanted to say how helpful Prospect (Sandhurst), made our first renting experience. I honestly cannot believe Prospects agency are refusing to even arrange a viewing for me because I will be studying and also moving in with 2 children who are not babies!
I have contacted all 3 Wokingham, Bracknell and Camberley branches as these are the areas close to my university. Even though I own my current property and have a guarantor to provide, I can also afford to pay 6 months rent upfront.
But no, I was refused a viewing by the Camberley branch because I have children and was even told by an agent in the Bracknell branch that he doesn't think they can 'legally' rent a property to me because I'm a student! That was after grilling me about the fact that I have children. How absurd is that? Is it now a crime to rent apartments to students with children in the UK???
For goodness sake, I am a mature student studying for a Post Graduate degree with 15 years professional work experience under my belt! I am just livid thinking about the whole scenario!
I never knew discrimination against student-parents was even a thing that exist. But here you go, this is the 21st century, having children and desiring to further your education is not fashionable.
If you are a student with children, save your time and not bother with this agency.

These Agents are real professionals and at the same time human beings. I bought a property through Prospect in 2016 and was so happy with the service I stayed with them when I eventually moved on to letting the property. There are many other estate agents in the Camberley area but five years later I wouldn’t change my allegiance. These guys really work hard, earn their fee and are also willing to think outside of the box and go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the service is individually tailored to needs. We have built good quality relationships of trust professionalism and flexibility over the years, which I value. I want to offer a special mention to Chris Clarke (supported by Matt Spennewyn) on the lettings team and their boss, Simon West; the lettings manager, in the Farnborough office. What a dynamic and effective team they are. You won’t be disappointed.

A member of staff took a holding deposit from myself and my housemate upon our acceptance of a property we viewed with them. Subsequent to this, the agent failed to actually check with the landlord that we were acceptable tenants and therefore the tenancy fell through. 1 whole week later and they still have my holding deposit. The agent we were dealing with failed to refund us on the day that things fell through and we are now 7 days out of pocket and unable to put a deposit on a property elsewhere. Atrocious service, highly unprofessional.

Further to the extremely stressful time the COVID pandemic created, this company really took the time to ensure that both me and my landlord were able to come to an agreement. During this already frightful time the company were accountable and professional. This is something that was so important to me already but during the crisis they really proved I was able to rely on them and trust them to keep me informed to the best of their ability. Thanks to their hard work I was able to keep my tenancy running and this is one less thing keeping me awake at night, something I am sure a lot of people can identify with. I recommend this agency should you be looking for assistance with your living arrangements.

Very good letting agent. Personable and responsive. Only ever had pleasant and helpful dealings with them. Our property manager Carla Munro was lovely to deal with and made everything easy for us. Very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend.

I have recently bought a house through the sales team in Camberley. The service from arranging viewings to meeting Matt at the house and being shown around very professionally gave me great confidence in sharing my plans to move, financial information and when I had my offer accepted all the updates and communication from both Sean, Josh and Aimee has been superb!!! I have plans to sell in a few years and will absolutely be back in touch!!! I Dealt with Orchards and Romans previously but have no problems in saying that the sales team at Prospect just have the whole package sorted! Thanks again

I sold my house with Sean and the team. Surpassed all expectations to say the least. My previous experience with other Camberley Estate Agents was a nightmare of disappointment and false promises. Sean and the whole team were completely different and have rebuilt my trust in companies like Prospect. I was convinced to pay a slightly higher rate, but I am glad I did, as not only was the service better, but they actually got me more than I was hoping for. Thank you very much, when I come to move again, there will be no other competition!

Thank you for helping me buy my first house. I have been impressed with the whole team and mortgage advisor. Sean and Matt made it very easy even though I paid more than I initially wanted, I know it’s worth it and very happy with the house. I will recommend them to all my family and friends, as many other agents didn’t even call me about properties.
