11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We had the pleasure of dealing with Livvy Meyrick and Ed Shaw in our Purchase via Knight Frank, recently. As seems to be the consensus (in particular about Livvy) from the other reviews; she was outstanding, hardworking, communicative, quick to jump in is/as required, genuinely cared - and genuinely the best Estate Agent I've ever worked with in over 30 property transactions. She also has a very positive energy about her too - which on a 'human level' is just nice. I've no doubt that Ed and the rest of the Knight Frank team are equally as excellent - but as Livvy was our main contact - she absolutely smashed it. I've no hesitation whatsoever in using Knight Frank for other Purchases or Sales. Their service was consistently outstanding!
28th Feb 2016 (10 years ago)I really like this place. I have been several times over the last few years and I have never had a bad experience. It's difficult to predict when it will be busy and whether you'd need to book a table - I've been on occasions when I'd expect it to be busy and it's been very quiet (and vice versa). The food is great, the staff are really friendly and it's reasonably priced. Well worth the visit.

My mother in law had never moved house before and Judy had care and compassion when helping find her perfect home, we couldn't be more grateful!

7th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Northwood Wokingham have been with me at every step of the way from 2005 when I first became a buy to let Landlord right up until 2025 when I finally retired and they sold both of the rental properties they had managed for me for the last 20 years. With my first 2 properties in the area, I signed up to their Platinum scheme and the team fully managed the properties with a guaranteed rental income for me irrespective of any potential voids between tenants. This was perfect for me in the early days when I was new to the rental business, needed a guaranteed hassle free income whilst I worked full time. As the years progressed and my property portfolio grew, I moved to the standard managed package. I was working with other agents outside Berkshire with my other properties and was always impressed with how Northwood’s standard of service, property maintenance , property inspections and attention to detail was so much better than elsewhere. Denise, Julie and the team were always happy to help resolve issues as they arose and give practical advice. Fast forward to 2024-25 and I decided to sell my properties, Denise and Julie were who I turned to provide expert advice and guidance through the 2 successful sales. I recommend the team at Northwood very highly both for Landlords (and tenants) as well as for property sales.

And what can we say about John Duffy from the Wokingham office … John is the upmost professional and certainly knows his stuff. Always checking in to make sure we are happy with everything, his communication is absolutely amazing. He has made the whole process stress free and seamless for us ! 19th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)The team at Michael Hardy Crowthorne were great and I would definitely recommend them! - Darragh was extremely helpful when we were making initial enquiries about the property we eventually ended up buying, and he was more than happy to help us out with any follow-up requests including a second viewing close to exchange of contracts. Special shout out to Jane as well, who always kept us in the loop and kept things moving in the chain.- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Having used a different agent previously, we switched to Quarters and wow what a difference! Nick and Teresa have been incredible from the very start, advising us on the process, matching us with potential buyers (it genuinely feels like this, rather than just getting people through the door and wasting everyone’s time!) and consistently giving feedback so we know what’s happening. To our surprise the amazing service continued after we had accepted an offer, with Nick being instrumental in the sale process and proactively being the conduit that helped us understand was involved, helping to move things along when it felt like they had slowed and ultimately getting us to the point of exchange. We can’t recommend Quarters highly enough, they are absolutely phenomenal!
3rd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Seymours appear to have very good local knowledge and their offices cover a wide area. I have put good for value for money as nobody likes parting with it! Having said that they did me a good deal. I have put good for valuation accuracy as the situation is such at the moment that the earlier valuation was greater than the market will stand, although online estimates suggest otherwise and are clearly way too generous!
27th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Communication and an honest approach has enabled us to get to this point. Whilst at times we have felt like giving up, Michael has been proactively chasing the chain, sending multiple updates, keeping us informed at all times and kept us motivated for the end goal. By far the best agent out there.

The whole process felt smooth and well-handled from start to finish. A special mention to Lisa, who went above and beyond for us. Her communication was fantastic every step of the way, and her help and guidance made the whole experience so much easier. We honestly would have been lost without her. A real credit to the team!
