Do not use Purple Bricks, all they are interested in is 1 getting your instruction (tbf the viewing agent was lovely) 2. DO NOT do the deferred payment or you will be stuck with their Solicitors who are rubbish. 3. If I ever sell a house again it will NOT be via an online agent. Absolutely appalling from start to finish. I had to pay them off in full and move to another agent as at the rate they were doing things the house would never sell. The initial agent Julian, became a director which left no agent in the area at all. I say agent singular, because that's all there is. When he got promotion he had to get this lady Patricia Chambis to drive from Eastbourne to do viewings but she would only do Saturdays so they found another l;ady who was just as bad, who lived quite near but she wouldnt do weekday viewings either, a very rude lady as well. It was a shambles from start to finish and I'd strongly recommend you spend a bit more and find an agent that wants to do some work on more days than one. I am very pleased with the new agent and regret trying to save some money now. Hopefully this review will prevent someone making the same mistake. ... Read more
