The checks done by Lifetime legal on behalf of Purplebricks was very unprofessional and I at to keep sending them the same information, also the marketing manager was going to contact by phone to discuss my property and how we could market better, I am still waiting for the call 4 months later and the turnover of staff is remarkable, you email one person and the next time you are informed they have left the company. This happened at least 6 times over my dealing with Purplebricks.... Read more

The service provided by PurpleBricks was very good as we were selling a property at a distance and the hosted viewing service was very good. I was disappointed that I didn’t ever get to speak to the person hosting. Also when the key safe was installed the brick dust was left on the step and walked into the house by viewers. I didn’t think this was very professional.... Read more
