Promised regular updates from dedicated person but had 4 calls in 6 months from a different person each time! When i got so frustrated with there lack of interest i decided to cancel i emailed them and the only response i got was “there is a button on your account to cancel your listing” No Customer service and no care at all. 6 months wasted and i would never use again and will now go with a traditional estate agent.... Initially getting on the market was quick and efficient. I would say caliber of viewers was poor and no offers. Account manager just quoted stats that you can see yourself on the app. I liked the idea of the transparency o the app but it often didn’t work. I wouldn’t use Purplebricks again personally....
