This in my 30 years of buying and selling properties is by far the worst organisation I have had the misfortune to deal with. Vultures and pirates best describes the team! Hounding me constantly to use the in house legal team when I repeatedly said I have my own solicitor. Getting to the point of exchanging contracts then being told the buyers did not have the correct funds in place. Blatantly under valuing my property taking advantage of me being in a delicate position after loosing my Father the month before going on the market. Finally not selling my property but demanding £300 fees which I have begrudgingly paid but they still have not put my feedback on the Pygot & Crone site which they are probably so ashamed of they have refrained from doing so neither intend to! Disgraceful and diabolical is best describes this company AVOID at all costs!... Read more
